Hotel facilities are good and the staff is very friendly. However, the breakfast was terrible since the food was stale. The location is not convenient if you don't have a car.

The property is a new construction and is listed as 5 star but in reality is 4 star. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is reasonably good for a 4 star hotel. Very quiet surrounding. Limited parking spots in the property but available outside in the street. It is about 10 minutes ride from Cesme but the access road is narrow and dangerous for drivers not used to drive in Türkiye.

Otelde yüzme havuzu imkanı var diye yazılmıştı, gittiğimizde böyle bir hizmet olmadığını anladık. Banyo temizliği ve imkanları maalesef istediğimiz gibi değildi. Otelin yeri oldukça ücra bir noktada ve etrafı ve yolu şantiye alanı gibi. Aşırı derecede toz var. Araba bir günde leş gibi oldu. Lobideki personelin taleplere yaklaşımı pek müşteri odaklı değildi. Bir daha kesinlikle kalacağımızı düşünmüyorum

Otelde lobi yok, resepsiyın önünde bekleme alanı var. Otopark mevcut değil. Var denilmişti! Otele giden yol, cadde değil, az yarım advalt, bir bölüm toprak. Otel çevresi toz toprak içinde. Çevre düzenlemesi diye bir şey yok. Düzelmesi yıllar alır gibi görünüyor. Çünkü başka inşaatlar var. Resepsiyonistler güleryüzlü. Sonuç: Bu oteli şu an için tavsiye etmem. Ancak⭐⭐1/2 alır.

Otelin konumu iyiydi, arabayla 5-10 dk mesafede bütün ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabiliyorsunuz. Oda gayet temizdi ancak kıyafet dolabının tozu alınmamış onun dışında hiçbir sorun yoktu. Tavsiye ederim, çeşmeye bidaha gittiğimizde burayı tercih etmeye çalışacağım.

Resepsiyondaki personel ilgili ve çözüm odaklı; ancak oda servisi ve restaurantta çok yetersiz personel olduğu gibi standartların dışında; örneğin ilk gün kahvaltıda sıcak süt istediğimde çorba kasesinin içinde mikro dalgada ısıtarak çözüm buldular. Yine ilk akşam somon ızgara söylediğimde balığın solungaçlarının dibinden bir halka dilim ve bir tane daha küçücük dilim daha getirdiler. Hiçbir otelde böyle bir şeyi Somon Izgara diye sattıklarını görmedim. Daha da kötüsü en son akşam bunu belirterek levrek söyledim; bu sefer levrek normal geldi ancak aşağıda resimde gördüğünüz fincan altlığı içerisinde küçük bir patatesten fazla olmayan dilimleri bir porsiyon patates diye 250 TL’ye hesabıma eklediler; hesap görürken fotoğrafını gösterdim ve buna gerçekten de para mı istiyorsunuz dediğimde; resepsiyondaki görevli olayı anladığını ve üstlerine ileteceğini söyleyip, yazılı olduğu için tahsil etmek zorunda kaldığını belirtti. Konumu ve manzarası güzel de olsa diğer bahsettiğim konuları Ramada ismine yakıştıramadım. Belki sadece kalmak için tercih edilebilir ancak orada tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılamak üzere kalacaksanız durum anlattığım gibi!

Otel gerçekten çok sessiz ve sakindi. Biz bahçe, deniz manzaralı standart odada kaldık. Çok konforlu sessiz bir odaydı. Odada ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şey vardı. Balkonu çok kullanışlıydı. Bölge olarak güzel, nezih bir bölgeydi. Tabii etrafta yapım aşamasında yapılar vardı ama bizi hiç etkilemedi. Böyle bir otelin spası daha iyi olabilirdi. Aynı şekilde kahvaltının biraz özensiz olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Ama genel olarak memnun kaldığımız bir deneyimdi.
