Sentralt til sentrum. Få minutters gange unna. Rommene var ikke klare når vi kom nesten 2 timer etter innsjekk skulle vært mulig. Varme kjøleskap. De måtte skifte det på natten. Bra størrelse på rommet for 4 pers. Litt trangt bad. Men bra trykk i dusjen og varmt vann. Obs !!! TRAPPER...IKKE HEIS. Vi hadde med en med dårlige bein. Så det var IKKE bra. Burde stå på booking siden, om det er heis eller trapper. Stod på døren inne på rommet at det var frokost. Men det fikk vi ikke. Ok senger. Vi måtte snu oss motsatt vei på sovesofaen, pga en kant midt i sengen.

Konum olarak baya iyi fiyatını baz alarak konuşursak da gereken konforu fazlasıyla sağladılar. Odalar yüzde 80 temizdi. Titizseniz ufak tefek rahatsızlıklar yaşatabilir. Kafesi daha yeni yapılıyordu açık değildi. 3 gece kaldık yatak çarşaf değişilmedi, işleyişi de bilmiyorum açıkçası. Sürekli bir görevli vardı bir sorununuz olunca ilgileniliyor. Genel olarak beğendik tekrar tercih edebiliriz.

3 kişilik bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik, otelin konumu çok merkezi ot festivali ve şehirde diğer gezmek istediğimiz yerlere çok rahat bir şekilde ulaşım sağladık odanın genişliği özellikle oturma odasındaki koltuğun rahatlığı bizi memnun etti, balkonu geniş ve ferahtı ancak gelgelelim otelin tadilatta olduğu bilgisi ne yazık ki söylenmedi üstelik rezervasyon öncesi otelle birebir iletişimime geçmemize rağmen. Temizlik konusu çok yetersizdi kurutma makinası almak için banyo dolabını açtığımızda toz, çay kahve içmek için bardağı kaldırdığımızda leke, aydınlanmak için ışığı yaktığımızda avizenin içinde ölmüş küçük sineklerle göz göze gelmek durumunda kaldık. Tuvalette inanılmaz bir gider kokusu, ılık-orta sıcaklıkta bir duş suyu ve asla yerine oturmayan bir duş başlığı, duşa kabinden sızan ve tüm banyoyu etkisi altında alan su sızıntısı mevcuttu. Otel tadilatta olduğu için kahvaltı için farklı bir restoranda yönlendirildik ancak kahvaltısı yetersiz ve yetersiz olmasının ötesinde lezzetsizdi. Tüm bu olumsuzluklara rağmen çıkışımızda odamıza aldığımız yarım litrelik 13 adet sudan ücret alınması hizmet kalitesinin ve müşteri memnuniyetinin yeterli olmadığının göstergesi ne yazık ki. Konumu ve odaların şekli güzel olmasına rağmen otelin bu kadar bakımsız olması gerçekten üzücü, doğru bir yatırımla gerçekten çok şirin ve güzel bir otel haline dönüştürebilir.

Otelin ufak suit gibi olması güzel. Fakat sabah kahvaltısının yan taraftaki kebapçıda veriliyo olması tam bir fiyasko. Ben o kebapçının suratını çekmek zorundamıyım sabah kahvaltısında benden bişey isteme modundalar. Yani sadece odanın kendisi güzel. Güvenlik açısından vasat kapılar dışarıdan açılmaya çok müsait içeriden kitleseniz bile. Şampuan sabun vs tarihler eski ve bozuk gibiydi

Otel kesinlikle çok temiz. Kahvaltı mükemmel. Alaçatı çarşıya çok yakın. İzmir-Çeşme için otobüs ve minibüslere çok yakın. Hemen otelin yanında ve karşısında 3 tane market var. Çok merkezi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Biz balayı için seçtik. Gayet uygun fiyata bu kadar iyi hizmet... pişman olmazsınız.
