The hotel looks charming and has a great atmosphere. The breakfast was good, the room was nice. We enjoyed the sauna. Because it’s in the center, there are restaurants nearby. The restaurant belonging to the hotel is nice as well. The only thing I didn’t know beforehand is that you have to pay for parking, since it’s on a public square. But we were out and about most of the days, so it didn’t cost us much. I would recommend this hotel.

Good looking, classy and quite cheap as for 4 star. Friendly, english speaking service. Nice breakfast. The are cheating - I got a room in Villa Morris which is located much worse, 100 m behind hotel. They counted my Kozel beer as Pilzner... I left dirty towel on the floor and they prepared it as a new one...lol Terrible wifi and only a few working channels in TV.

The hotel is very nice from outside but it cannot be considered a 4 star inside. We had problems in a very slow check-in process. The room was small and very basic. The fridge did not work. The breakfast nothing more than average.

Besvikelse över hotellets service

Vi hade sett fram emot att äta på hotellets restaurang, men tyvärr blev vi avvisade redan kl. 19.15 med hänvisning till att köket stängde. Receptionisten rekommenderade oss en annan restaurang i närheten, men den visade sig vara helt stängd när vi kom dit. Dessutom beklagade sig receptionisten över hur jobbigt det är att arbeta och hur skönt det skulle bli att snart få gå hem, vilket kändes oprofessionellt och olämpligt. Vid frukosten dagen efter blev upplevelsen tyvärr inte bättre. Personalen hade högljudda diskussioner om arbetsfördelning mitt framför gästerna, vilket skapade en obekväm stämning och gav intrycket att deras interna frågor var viktigare än gästernas trivsel. Det är synd att ett hotell som har en fin inredning och potential helt saknar fokus på det viktigaste – kundupplevelsen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war in Ordnung . Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt, allerdings wurde hier und da mal was vergessen. Parksituation ist leider nicht die beste. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Preisleistung ist top für das Hotel. Es ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

Minden rendben volt. Kivéve a reggeli körülményeit. Nem volt elég asztal. Várni kellett a tányérra, bögrére. A reggelizők számához képest kicsi volt a hely és a felszeretség. A reggelire felszolgált ételek rendben voltak, finomak, ízletesek. A szállás kényelmes, jól felszerelt, tiszta volt.

1-2 * wären angemessen, nicht 4 *. Kein WLAN, nur Passwort dafür. Nur tschechische TV-Programme. Adresse des Gästehauses erst im 3. Anlauf bei der Rezeption erhalten (2. Anlauf keiner da, ohne GPS kann man die Fahrtroute nicht finden, alles Einbahnstrassen). Parkplatz am Gästehaus war gut. Minibar wurde nicht wieder aufgefüllt. Mängel bei der Zimmerreinigung nach Anreise.

Leider haben wir ein zimmer gehabt wo so einiges kaputt und die Treppe geknarrt die Türen quietschten , im ertsten Zimmer was wir bekamen waren nur drei betten drinnen ,das war auch so wie bilder , da wir nur 3 tage dort waren konnten wir das so hinnehmen , aber sonst alles super
