"The staff was extremely helpful to fix the flat tyre of my car when we were victims of a gang just entering the city. Watch out when driving a rental and don’t stop when someone tells you to. They repaired my tyre beautifully and quickly. Perfect service throughout."

"The location was great; could walk to most attractions. The room was vintage, spacious and clean. The views from balconies were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and filling. And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!"

"While the Expedia listing was inaccurate (there are no rooms with a king bed and two doubles/twins), the staff did their best to accommodate us. The lounge areas throughout the property, including the outdoor terraces, were wonderful for our group of six to relax. The included breakfast and the views from the restaurant were amazing!"
