「Pros: Very clean room in a recently built neighborhood. Excellent security and the reserved parking spot was a PLUS! Cons: All the info regarding the access to the apt, the tenant’s and renter’s responsibilities and the incidentals was overwhelming and somewhat confusing. Way too much info in the emails and attachment. If you could streamline that to the bare minimum, you’d get a perfect 10! Keep up the good work and I will definitely stay with BHA on my next trips to the area!」

Ever since, they've also refused to respond to Expedia's calls and emails. So I had to pay for another place too and I have...

「Absolutely wonderful stay in Sibiu! The place was beautiful inside, incredibly comfortable, and in the perfect location for exploring the city. The bed was so cozy and comfortable—we slept wonderfully after long days of sightseeing. Everything about the space felt warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully done. We genuinely loved staying here and couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Sibiu. I can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again!」
