"There was no hot water or water pressure in our room. The showers have no shelves in them to put stuff on. The over all shower experience was terrible. The room was good the staff was great."

"The location is very good. The room is clean and quiet although the whole building is old. We did not have chance to use the air conditioner because the temperature is not high. It seems there is no heater in this room, so it was a bit cold in midnight."

"We only had breakfast at the hotel once but it was good. We especially liked the toasted bread and crispy bacon. The wait staff was very nice."

"The bed was comfortable. The restaurant food and service were good. Partial ocean view high floor room 603. Ocean and beach views were not visible from the room. You had to stand on the small balcony and look 90 degrees to the left. The floors in the room were dirty. The pool could use more chairs. The beach access was good and easy right behind the pool."

"They cancelled my reservation without notifying Expedia or me and I had to find a new place to stay. They are the worst hotel ever. Do not stay here. Do not trust them. They even admitted that the reason they did it is because my rate that I booked at was too low."

"The room we stayed in was a queen suite on the 4th floor. The exterior windows were so filthy you could barely see out of them. The room smelled musty and the finishes were old and dated. Damage to the baseboards doors. The fridge in the kitchen handle was stained/dirty and it was extremely understocked. There was no wine/bottle opener or ice bucket. It was also very load day and night with cars honking and racing up the street (Commerce). Also noise and music from ATT plaza constantly. The second floor bar was permanently closed and there was a creepy, disgusting old small hot tub off the 3rd floor stairwell (empty). The person who checked us in on 5/28 (Jesus) was a disheveled and unfriendly. He ran through is spiel in about 5 seconds and acted like we were bothering him. I would not stay here again, although it is in a great location. Stay at any of the nearby hotels."
