"We were on 38 for about a week and had rented a home however I had heard that this property had great reviews and my six-year-old daughter really needed a pool to play in so we decided to try it for two days. And let me tell you I was blown away. This is one of the best resorts I have stayed at in my whole life because of the amenities you get access to the beach club, which is completely separate than the pool on the hotel property, the beach club is a few steps around the corner from the hotel and is multilevel right on the beach. It is fabulous for adults and kids very family oriented. It even has a small gift shop next to the pool to buy items like pool noodles or Floaties or Popsicles. You can take the bridge next to the pool and walk over to the beach.. one of the pools is adult only. I also was able to enjoy some live music. I believe you might want to check out their event calendar where they will list what activities they have that day. The community is so nice. We had rented some E bikes and strolled through the nature trails on the property and went to camp watercolor the next day, which is next to the property and also accessible with your hotel stay. I actually preferred the beach club better. However the camp watercolor is really cool for kids because it has a bunch of slides and different pools plus the lazy river. It is very pricey and I believe they will require you to have a two nights deposit if you book directly through them so booking thru Expedia better."

"Location, location, location. Walkable to everything! Nice unit with 3/3 which is great and the outdoor space really adds to the views. Host was very reponsive with all the questions we had, and helpful with items we needed in advance of arrival. Lots of good shops, eateries, pools, and the beach very close, literally down to street level and a few minutes in any direction.Even in the 90% humidity, it was comfortable out in screened porch with the big fan provided. Not a complaint, but be aware that the elevator is not functional in this building, so be prepared to carry luggage and other items up the stairs."

"Mint4Fun is beautiful! Christie, the owner is amazing with excellent communication from the beginning of booking until the last day of our stay. It’s obvious she takes great pride in her property. We have found our home in Seaside that we will book from now on. The 5 bedrooms each have a bathroom which is perfect for our large family. The kitchen is well equipped and the great room is large enough for a big group. We loved the game table which was perfect for our Mahjong afternoons and evenings. We loved the wagon with sand toys and chairs that made our walk to the beach a breeze. The home is located in the perfect area in Seaside; close to the family pool, close by the ocean, close to the tennis courts, and easy to access the main restaurants and shops in Seaside. There is a rarely a need to get into your car once you arrive! We will be back and appreciate Christie’s hospitality and enjoyed her beautiful home."

"Great house and very nice host. He responded to questions very timely. The house is only 50 steps from the beach access, which was awesome, and it is really close to the town making it very easy to walk over for dinner. There is a great view from the top deck of the beach and ocean. From the bottom area, you can see the dunes, trees, and wildlife (we had deer bedding right outside the windows). The bottom area was especially great when it rained one day to have tea/coffee and read."

"Very easy walk to Beach Access 31. Since it’s a public entrance, you’ll want to get there early to grab a good spot. It’s close enough to Seaside that you can walk as a family without any hassle.We loved this house. The included golf cart was clutch. The pool is more of a cool‑off pool — not ideal for a bunch of kids, but perfect after a long day on the beach.The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials and utensils you’d need."
