The room's floor was very dirty, the a/c never cooled down to a comfortable temperature, we couldn't sleep becaus it was so hot in the room. Staff did not inform us of any of this. No irons available. No restaurant. "

Incluso el sonido del elevador se escucha hasta el cuarto. El aire acondicionado es ruidoso también. Al menos con eso amortiguas el sonido de afuera"
