「Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel」

「Staying in the hotel was very excellent. When I visit Saudi next time, definitly, I will stay here.」

「It was a 5 star hotel, but our room was without a bathtub. I negotiated that it was changed to be a room with a bath on the next day, but they provided us a room without a bath. I negotiated again, then they provided us an unused spare room with a bathtub, but its lighting equipment was broken. In the end, they provide me a room with a bath. I checked that there were some spare rooms with their reservation web pages on these days, but they provided lower quality room for the reservation with ...
