Very clean hotel & room. Good location, walk to UzExpo Center. Staff speaks English and very helpful, especially getting taxi. Breakfast lots of fresh melons and fruits, and usual Uzbek foods and pastries.
One drawback is no elevator (only 3 floors - 1 below, 1 main floor, & 1 above.

Room size was very small and looks like overpriced for location. Breakfast was good but coffee machine issues every day changed my positive experience to neutral. Overall, I appreciate all personal for a good hospitality.
