中央チリのアパート

「Apartamento lindo, aconchegante e de excelente localização. Ao lado de um supermercado, farmácias, restaurantes diversos. A comunicação com a proprietária foi excelente. Deixou a desejar nas roupas de cama que estavam sujas, com muito cabelo feminino em todo o lençol e travesseiro, e um forte cheiro de cigarro nos travesseiros. Outra observação é que é disponibilizado apenas 1 rolo super pequeno de papal higiênico, e pra 5 dias é pouco. E não fornecem mais, aí vc acaba tendo que comprar . 」

「Lugar muito bem localizado, com mercado e estação de metrô bem próximos. Único incômodo é que as toalhas de banho e lençóis estavam com manchas e não cheiravam bem. 」

「Great apartment in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Close to metro station and other public transportation. Walking distance to The teleférico to the Cerro San Cristobal. Love this place. 」

「The property was really in a good location, however two things we did not like, internet was really bad, there was a network, with no internet connection at all. Second thing, no extra blankets available or heating, and it was a cold night」

「ホテルと思っていたら、マンションでした。言葉も問題ありました。フロントデスクにいる人はスペイン語しかできません。チェックアウトの時に、問題発生しました。フロントデスクの人はお金の精算はしてくれませんでした。その時初めてここが民泊という事に気づきました。その後フロントデスクの人が貸主に連絡を取ってくれ、その人と直接お金のやり取りをしてようやくチェックアウトできました。約1時間くらいかかりました。急いでいたら言葉も通じないしかなりあせる状況でした。」

「スタッフは英語が通じませんが、パソコンの翻訳サイトにお互い入力して対応し親切でした。 朝早いチェックアウトでスタッフがおらず、ビルのエントランスで鍵を預けたのですがここも英語が全く通じず大変でした。 部屋は広くレンジや冷蔵庫もありました。エアコンはないのですが温風機？があって助かりました。」

「コスタネラセンターの近くにあるため，便利ですが，正直清潔さにはかけます。 特に，マグカップなどには茶渋が残っていたり，食器やトースターは使う気にはなれませんでした。 また，清掃のサービスはありませんので，部屋の掃除，ごみ捨ては自分で行わなければなりません。 浴槽もありますが，使う気にはなれず，全体的に掃除が行き届いていない部屋という感じです。」

「We are four adults and we found the unit way too tight for all of us. One twin bed in the dining/kitchen area, one very small room with the size of the twin bed there and then a bed for a couple with a decent size bedroom. The bathroom was very tiny. The windows were very thin and the noise from outside was very bad. Walls need to be painted and windows needs to be cleaned. We only used the kitchen for breakfast. The kitchen was very minimal and Tere was not enough spoons for all. No coffee...

「En general la ubicación excelente y el departamento bastante cómodo, pero no es un aparhotel, es un arriendo de departamento, por lo que no hay limpieza diaria, desayuno ni cambio de toallas y cosas similares que uno esperaria en hoteles. Por lo que deben dejar eso bien claro como página de búsqueda.」

「広くて綺麗な部屋でサービスも良い割にセール価格だったこともあり、非常にお得な価格であった。部屋には、キッチンもあり、長期滞在だったので都合がよかった。ただ、できれば、コーヒーなど飲むのにマグカップや洗濯したものを干すためのハンガーもしくは洗濯ロープなどが欲しかった。」
