Great location, friendly , professional and accommodating staff

We had a quick stay only 2 nites but we absolutely loved the hotel. They organized a personal driver to take us to Fatima. Also very accommodating with all our needs.

Outstanding! The location is ideal. The staff is attentive and eager to assist with any recommendations be dinning options or what to see and do. We plan to visit again. I wish I could keep it a secret.

Very helpful staff, well maintained and centrally located. Excellent experience.

We had the loveliest stay here. Lovely room, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Perfect attention to detail. Would stay here again for sure.

My 22 year old granddaughter and I totally enjoyed our 3 nights here in early September, 2014 at the end of our ten day holiday in Portugal. The historic Pergola House beautifully decorated with antique furnishings, the glass of Port in the evenings, the tasty hot breakfast (included gluten free items as requested) served on linen tablecloths and the staff were exceptional. Our room with two comfortable single beds had its own balcony that overlooked the beautiful gardens. The property has a...

The property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff was first class. Very polite and helpful with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lisbon.

Wonderful place! The ming size bed was nice and to US standards. The location is great. And most importanly the staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating!

friendly with very helpful service. tasty breakfast. well located.

Very classy and comfortable hotel. The staff was excellent, particularly the Guest Service Manager Pedro Falcao.

We stayed 9 nights in this extraordinary hotel in the heart of Lisbon. First, this 35 room hotel has been entirely restored to its original Art Deco form, including cork floors in the room, beautiful marquetry floors in the lobby, elegant furniture and art work in the lobby and bar. Also the sleek, elegant Art Deco door handles (that are beautiful but not so easily grasped). There is a spectacular breakfast every morning, including traditional Portuguese staples like sardines in olive oil...

Out of all the hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe, the Grande Real Villa Italia & Spa was the best hotel! Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. You can also relax with the hotel amenities, such as the great spa services and massage deals. Definitely stay here for close walking distance to the shops and restaurants nearby. Everyone was amazing and the hotel helped arrange transportation if you...

Beautiful hotel great location!

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. Every staff member was at our service. The view and location were amazing. It was a very quiet retreat to return to and within walking distance of everything. I am currently in Porto wishing I was back at my beautiful retreat again. Also, the dining area bar for breakfast and snacks very...

The hotel is one of the most beautiful places that I ever stayed. Fantastic location, exceptional service throughout Immaculately clean in the middle of old town but still very quiet. I can't wait to return.

We just loved our stay at Chalet Ficalho! The building, grounds and decor all radiated old-world charm. The walled property nestled in a neighborhood felt like a private sanctuary. The staff are attentive, professional and accommodating. Everything here is just so pleasant, from the delightful breakfast on the patio to the private outdoor pool. Private parking is a bonus!

It was a fantastic hotel. The location can't be better and the hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. We could walk around the old Alfama area. We also got tips form the hotel reception. We had a early check out and the hotel staffs arranged breakfast box for us. Would certainly recommend this hotel for everyone.
