「Our host was very timely with communication before and during our trip. The property is in a nice location close to public transportation and necessities. We felt safe walking to GoMart and taking the bus to the tourist spots. The property does not have a washer and dryer onsite but we were offered laundry service. 「I booked because it looked beautiful in the photos, but when we arrived, we were greeted by a disheveled man in a torn shirt who looked like a homeless person; he turned out to be the receptionist. He gave us the key, and it turned out the bathroom was shared with other rooms—something not mentioned when I booked. We decided to leave and look for a place in better condition. Honestly, I do not recommend it at all. I lost my money. Very bad place. I wish can I have my money back.」
