Tucked away from the tourist traffic but close to restaurants and immaculate beaches, this home features a welcoming design and ocean hues to make it the quintessential Cape Cod cottage. Its single-acre yard is a great space for kids, and the large stone patio offers seating around a table or comfortable Adirondack chairs, with a manicured path that leads to Long Pond beach where you can paddle out or go for a swim in a serene pond. Bring a kayak, a paddleboard, or fishing gear for some fun water activities on the pond. There is a neighborhood beach, with the path to the beach located next to the house.
This is the perfect place to have a true Cape Cod experience. Use the provided Barnstable Beach Pass to access 15 picturesque New England beaches, just minutes away. The pass even allows for free parking for a single car. Beach chairs and beach accessories are provided as part of the rental for you to enjoy your time away from the cottage. This home offers three bedrooms dressed in calming coastal colors. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV and starfish décor, the second bedroom features two twins with cheery bedding and a smart TV, and the third offers a queen-size bed and pops of bright color.
Guests will share a spacious tiled bathroom with a step-in shower and upscale marble counters. Sun-drenched and charming, the living area’s subtle aquas contrast with its dark laminate floors. A cheery yellow couch and coral armchairs are ideal for relaxing at the end of a day exploring the Cape. Enjoy your favorite movies on a large flatscreen TV. The WiFi will ensure a good work-from-home experience. Serve meals at a granite kitchen island with seating for six adjacent to the living room. A full suite of modern appliances and nearby Lamberts Market, Cape Fish & Lobster, Whole Foods, and Star Market let you prepare home-cooked meals without a hassle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
