「The communication from the beginning was terrible. Upon arrival the apartment had not been clean. The host has zero communication, the English language is terrible. They said they would clean it. Upon returning, they had Not Washed the sheets?! They made the beds. There was a dry dirty wash cloth still in the shower. VRBO. Was terrible said this was a minor issue. 」
