「Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd...

「Beautiful price, beautiful scenery, wonderful workout gym and more good for a single or wife and husband stay. Nice beautiful scenery looking over downtown Minneapolis whenever I’m in Minnesota. I will definitely be looking this place up.」

「Gorgeous space with an amazing view of downtown. Ample kitchen space and tools for cooking a meal. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Loved the coziness of the living area. Easy check in process too with clear instructions and no issues entering the property or garage. Will definitely consider staying here again!」

「I was charged twice for.damage protection. I paid when booking and then forced to pay another when checking in. I contacted the property management a lot of times, but they kept talking about something else. I have now wasted a lot of time and have VRBO support trying to help because this is against policy. I also couldn't get into the property with tbe code I was given and spent 30 minutes in the hallway with support trying numerous different codes. The property wasn't very clean.」
