「The front desk staff during the day and overnight are extremely friendly and accommodating. Some things seem a bit run down (broken gym equipment, out of order game room, pool/hot tub area) but the rooms, lobby, and breakfast area are very well kept. Only complaint about the room is the shower is strangely narrow, slippery, and a large step when you get out, exercise caution. We had a great breakfast one morning (female staff member) the next day, same breakfast offering, but the male staff...
