Welcome to Waterbird Watch, Unit 9B! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning marsh views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

Very comfortable and cozy.

Holiday Getaway

The unit was as described, very clean and within walking distance to 2nd Ave and Dock Street (pretty much everywhere). Once the car was parked, we walked or rode bicycles everywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, utensils, etc. but we mostly ate out or cooked on the grill located on the property. The furniture in the living room was comfortable. The rocking chair is a bonus and also comfortable. We did have an issue with a cable box in the living room but had the one from the bedroom moved to the living and streamed tv in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows in the closet. The balcony was a great place to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail and watch the sunrise. There were also lots of birds and a partial view of the sunset. The pool was a little warm and could use more lounge chairs but this has nothing to do with the unit itself. Mendy and Caryn were very responsive to our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this unit for a couple looking to relax and bird watch. We will definitely be back.

My partner and I stayed for a three day weekend and it was perfect! Absolutely stunning condo at a great price. The view was spectacular. Everything is within walking distance, and you really should explore the shops and restaurants and bars in the area. They are all very unique and affordable. FIVE STARS to Old Fenimore Mill!

The condo was quiet, clean and comfy. Exceeded our expectations. Other family stayed in another condo and we liked ours better. Wish there were elevators and the fridge was a little loud at times. Everything we needed for a long weekend away from our home.
