"This is our fourth stay at this Cobblestone. While the rooms are clean, the reoccurring issue is with IT. The cable provider includes Netflix and Paramount+ which we stream. However, for the second time at this hotel, neither could be logged onto and I'm not into network tv which left streaming on a tablet. When i asked the desk person, she suggested pairing via my phone. It's a viable solution however that didn't work either. The desk person offered to compensate me with a discounted rate however she said that wasn't possible since i booked via hotels.com and not the Cobblestone site. A bit of a challenging situation. "
