Everything was wonderful. The only disappointment was the fact that the VRBO app listed the location as being about 1.5 blocks from the Engelstad theater, when it was actually 8 blocks from the Engelstad theater. Otherwise, it was a wonderful property and suited our needs well.

Great property. Nicely decorated, comfortable, had all tue essentials.Really good location in Cedar City. Cool area to gather outside with a fire pit. Nice walking/running trail behind.Would like to stay her again.

Excellent location to visit Cedar Breaks and go to SUU football game. Unit was extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. Great stay.

Cute place! Could be a bit cleaner--found some old used soap in the primary bathroom shower. You can hear the neighbors next door at times--you share a common wall, but not bedroom walls :). The propane in the common area was out. The shower in the primary bedroom requires you to turn the water on while you are in the shower--meaning it's pretty cold when that water hits you. No way around that, though. Little thing: grill cover outside the unit was shabby and torn.

Baaaah-eautiful!
Perfect location and beautiful home with everything you need and if you really need something it’s a very nice short walk through a gorgeous park to town. The trails outside your door are fun! Clay was Johnny-on-the spot when we couldn’t figure out the thermostat. You are greeted with a delicious loaf of bread and butter, cold bottled water for hospitality. Lots to do with the theatre’s, gardens, historical places of interest, art museum and a very pretty university campus. Super nice people and safe town!

We stayed here for a softball tournament, and the location was great. We loved the trail that was right out the back door, and the home was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Breezy window
All was great with the exception of the window in the master bedroom not set appropriately when place was built. It didn’t close all the way and we had a really snowy windy night where the blinds were moving and window was whistling. Great location, view and decor. Could have used two bed side tables in master. I took one of the stools from table to use so my phone and glass of water were reachable. Overall, very pleasent experience. Thankful for washer and dryer!

Great location
Was a last minute booking, and so glad we found it. We drove down for the weekend for our granddaughters birthday. We were only about 10 minutes away from our daughter’s house.Unit was very clean, well supplied, beds so comfortable, perfect for the 4 of us- myself, spouse, a daughter in law & another grandchild. Another unit was occupied that evening next to us, they were a bit noisy coming in around 10:45pm- but quieted after settling in. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much!
