Enjoy the covered terrace, garden with barbecue area, and outdoor shower. The property produces its own olive oil, fruits, herbs, and vegetables from 180 olive trees, vineyard, and vegetable garden.



Set on 5 hectares with walking paths through fields, you are 3 to 5 km from the sea and 3 km from Cecina center. A bar, restaurant, and minimarket are 500 m away, while supermarket, shopping center, bank, and pharmacy are within 1.5 km. Bicycle rental and laundry service are available for an extra fee.
