Amazing Villa in the heart of Tuscany

The property is situated in a very quiet and well ventilated location. There are two kitchens complete with dishwasher, fridge, hob and oven at guests' disposal. One of these kitchens is located outside, next to the swimming pool, with a bathroom complete with hot water shower. The house has a large table where you can enjoy your meals outdoors and a comfortable sitting area for your moments of relaxation near the swimming pool, which has sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas and is surrounded by large hedges of flowers and plants with plenty of lawn at your disposal. The interior of the house is comfortable, the spaces are large, especially the common areas such as the hall and the loft excellent for spending moments of relaxation. The rooms have a complete bathroom. Adjacent to the kitchen there is a comfortable porch with table and chairs to enjoy your meals. Guests who have come so far have been thrilled with the place and the house but above all the comfort it offers ... so what can I say I'll be waiting ... ah I forgot we are about seven kilometres away from the fabulous white beaches, fifteen or so from Castiglioncello and the wonderful area of Quercetano where there is a wonderful coastline. With the possibility of boat trips along the beautiful Etruscan coast.
