"Citadines is my first choice in hotels when staying in Cebu. The rooms are very clean, close to robinsons shopping for groceries and full of all needed amenities. Staff is more then helpful and the view from the 9th floor infinity pool is the best in town. Will stay again for sure! "

What I just don't like is they put platic sheets right under the thin bedcover...very uncomfortable. The plastic sheet is also torn into half so it moves, i couldn't sleep and their blankets are thin so you have to turn off the ac so you wont feel cold..the room slippers provided are also dirty and stinky. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located .
