比較的静かなホテル街

割り当てられた部屋（２シングルベッドルーム）は、１階のロビーに面した部屋でややびっくりしましたが、広くて清潔でした。設備は古く、エアコンは昔懐かしい箱型で大きな音がでるもので、シャワーも電気で水を温めるものでしたが、宿泊だけなら不都合はありませんでした。他の安めの宿も同じでしたが、セブ島のこの種の宿にはバスタオルはありますが、フェイスタオルがありません。

セブシティの歓楽街にも歩いて行ける距離でロケーションは良い。フロントのスタッフには日本語を多少話せる女性がいたが、元ジャパユキさんだろうか？滞在中は一度もインターネットが繋がらなかった。

ホテル受付スタッフの対応は心地よいのだが・・・

嫁と2人セブに用事があって、このホテルを選択。周辺のホテルと比べて安いホテルの一番安い部屋を選択したこともありますが、部屋に入ってすぐに「あ、これはモーテルだな」と納得。清掃はされているのでしょうが、とても清潔な環境とはいえず、一般的日本人（特に女性）の感覚だと多少躊躇するかなと思います。私は男性でアジアに慣れているので大丈夫なのですが、それでも連泊は難しいかなと思います。料金相応ということでしょうか、割り切れる人であれば宿泊できるホテルだと思います。但し、スタッフは非常に好意的で優しく、その点は好感がもてました。

Nice place

I never considered this place before but now I did and I enjoy it here. Even though my double bed is a little small but I enjoy myself. Also there is breakfast included which isn't so common anymore in Cebu as it was before, I prefer having breakfast included since I like to relax in the morning. Standard is nice. To me location is very good and quiet here. Probably staying one week anyway in same room.

The room are clean. Staff very accommodating. Good air-conditioning system. Nice cafeteria. Nice free breakfast. 24 hour drinking water available.

good accommodations friendly helpful staff

Pretty good straight forward accommodations. Double beds, AC, and a hot water heater for showers. Plenty of storage space for clothing. Coffee and toast for breakfast. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The room was nice, has functional air conditioner and television. The free coffee and bread in breakfast during our 3-day stay there were really plus points!!! And wait, are you looking for WiFi? There’s no problem ‘cause they have that, too!!!

Budget worth hotel

Not so good. The bathroom was small and the air condition was old. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly.

Ok hotel

A fearful stay because of cockroaches

The staff are accommodating but the room was old so with the furniture. The staff are very accommodating but there was a hole in the floor and wall where cockroaches come and go. I have a phobia of cockroaches so I would not sleep with the lights off since I saw a total of 3 cockroaches. The staff asked our permission to spray at the bugs but I have sinusitis so I did not concede. They should have done that before our stay or they could just block the hole with a lump of cement, etc.
