良かった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
6日間宿泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。中でもプールは最高で、お酒を飲みながら楽しめてとてもいいです。部屋も比較的快適でしたが、水の補充を忘れていたり、シャワールームの掃除がされなかったりなどがありましたが、基本的にこちらから申し出ればすぐに対応してくださります。ホテル入り口にはスタッフがおり、困っているとすぐに声をかけてくれるなど安心できる環境でした。このホテルはみんなにお勧めしたいです。

初めての宿泊でしたがお部屋も綺麗で良かったです。 シャワーも暖かく水圧もありました。シャワー室の排水は少し悪かったですが問題はない程度だと思います。 角部屋で開放感がありましたが、道路が近いからか夜中も色々な音は聞こえました。泊まった階が上の方だったので私は気になりませんでした。 食事はしませんでしたが、ショッピングモールまでがとても近く良かったです！

部屋はおもったよりせまかったですが 海外には珍しくシャワーの圧がつよくてよかったです😊ホテルもきれいで近くにモールがあるのでご飯はたべにいきやすいです。 個人店的なとこにいきたい人には不向きかもしれません。お部屋にスリッパがないのがすこしこまりました💧お友達の部屋にはスリッパあったらしいので置き忘れかもしれませんが^^;

アラヤモール目的ならいいホテル
12/31〜1/3まで宿泊しました。 アラヤモールに近くて便利でした。 セブシティなので、リゾート感はありません。 年末年始で宿泊者が多かったのか、前日のバスタオルも無くなって、新しいバスタオルの補充もない日がありました。 18:30頃連絡して21:00頃に洗濯したての暖かいバスタオルを持って来ていただきました。 宿泊者が多く洗濯が間に合わなかったのでしょうが、アロマボディエステを受けて帰って来たので、すぐにでもシャワーを浴びたかったので、困りました。 朝食の種類は多く楽しめましたが、スタッフが食べている横でちりとりとほうきで床のゴミを掃除してまわるのはやめてほしいと思いました。 清潔を心がけているのかもしれませんが、ほこりがたちます。 海外なので、仕方ないのかもしれませんが… 良かった点は、各階に給水機がありました。 外に水を買いに行かなくてすみました。

廊下にミネラルウォーターをチャージ出来るサーバーが置いてあって、水分たくさん飲むので助かりました。ホテルレストランの前にあるパン屋で買ったパンはとても美味しかったです！ プールに入る時間がなかったのが残念。 モールまでぐるりと回らないといけないのは少し大変でした。 帰りの便が朝早かったので、ホテルの送迎を頼んだのですが、外国あるあるなのか無愛想な運転手でした。 空港まで日本円で約３千円くらいだったかな？

When I checked in, I was asked if I wanted breakfast. I paid for breakfast for 2 mornings on the spot and received a receipt. I was told that I should tell the room number at breakfast because they are coordinating with the restaurant, and that they would not issue coupons because they were unnecessary. The next morning, I went to the restaurant and told them my room number, but was told that my room number was not registered. I was refused to eat even though I showed the receipt that I paid for breakfast. Finally I could eat after a lot of discomfort and time.

スタッフのマイケルさんが日本語で対応してくださり、旅程の相談に親身に乗っていただきました。 その点サービスは大満足ですが、 一方で、部屋に大きめの虫が侵入していたり、シャワー室からの蒸気で滑りやすくなったタイル床で転んでしまったりなど、設備面では良くない面が目立ちました。 しかし値段も鑑みて総合的に満足いく宿泊だったと思います。

綺麗なホテルでした！
日本語の話せる従業員がいたので、チェックインもスムーズでした。24時間ドアマンやフロントがいますので、おすすめの観光地などを24時間聴くことができます。ショッピングモールも近く、良いところでした！ ホテルも上の階の泊まれば良い景色を見る事が出来ました。

3年ぶりに訪問しました。 夫婦で10日間利用しました、ホテルでは利用客にマスクの使用は厳しい規制は無く、スタッフは皆さんマスクをしていました。 今まで宿泊した時は、部屋に毎日ミネラルウォーターのサービスがありましたが、それが宿泊したフロアーの廊下に温水、冷水機能があるウォーターサーバーが設置されており環境に配慮していることが伺えました。 近隣の飲食店やマッサージ店が廃業していて、コロナ禍の期間にホテル周辺の環境が変わってました。

アヤラモールの隣だったので、買い物に便利でした。 施設も綺麗で、スタッフさんも親切でした。 ホテルのビュッフェは口コミでの評判は良かったので利用しましたが（朝・夜とも）、冷めて固くなってそのままのものがあったり、空になったままで補充されていなかったりしました。あの金額だったら、アヤラモールで食べた方がよかったかな。 でも、スコールの中、外に出たくなかったので、ルームサービスとかの選択肢があればよかったです。GRABで注文すればよかったのかもしれません。 部屋に宿泊サービスの利用案内みたいなパンフレットはなく、テレビの専用のチャンネル等で確認できるのかと思いましたが、それらしきものも見当たりませんでした。

利用していませんが、格安な3食パックや、2食パックがあり、ゆっくり滞在されるかたには、よいと思います。 アヤラセンターモールも徒歩5分程度で便利です。
