ビジネスなら便利かも

概ね満足

床に髪の毛が落ちていたりしたが、全般的に清潔で気になるほどではなかった。サービスはウエイクアップコールやタクシー手配等三ツ星ホテルなりにしっかりしていたので満足。ホテルの場所は中心から少し奥まっているが徒歩7分ほどで商業エリアに出るので、気になるほどではなかった。

再利用はありません

買い物に行くのは便利。近くにはロビンソン、セブンイレブン等があり徒歩圏内で行ける距離。またフロント、他のスタッフは皆さんフレンドリーです。 (私の部屋ですか)シャワーの水圧が全く悪くシャワーを浴びるのに長い時間がかかりました。バスルームの洗面器が小さく、水留めのゴム栓、バケツがなく洗濯するのが大変でした。またwifi はフリーですが私の部屋は全く入いらず圏外でした。私はスーペリアルームなので冷蔵庫、金庫はありますが、金庫は壊れていて使えませんでした。形式だけのものです。このホテルは再利用はないと思います。シャワーの水圧、wifiの改善して欲しいと思います。エアコンの音も騒動しいです。

セブ市の中心

手頃な値段で、行き届いたサービスでした。もちろんスタッフの対応も！説明がゆっくり丁寧だったので、日本人の対応に慣れているのかと思います。あと、この付近はマッサージの有名なお店があるんで、興味あるかたはぜひ！

マンゴーストリートから徒歩圏内

セブシティのホテルとしては可もなく不可もなく普通のホテル。初めてセブに訪れる人からしたらちょっと不満かもしれない。シャワーの出が悪く、暖かいシャワーも出ない。チェックイン時に500ペソのデポジットを払う。日本語は通じませんでした。

従業員がフレンドリー

従業員がとても親切で笑顔でフレンドリーでとても良かったです。ホテルには警備員もいるので安心しました。ツアーや送迎の手続きもちゃんと親身になってしてくれましたし、ハウスキーピングの人も全員が愛想が良かったです。ただ、トイレのレバーがすぐ壊れるので何回か直してもらいました。あとトイレの水圧は弱かったです。あまり気にならないタイプなので大丈夫でしたが、価格通りのホテル設備でした。5人で泊まり3泊で1人当たり5000円ぐらいで済みました。滞在費を安く遊びたい人には合ってると思います。ホテルの従業員の人はとても良いので安心してください。

スタッフの対応と大きなベッドはいいのですが・・・。

玄関やロビー、廊下など全体として清潔なホテルです。フロントスタッフの対応も感じ良く、どのスタッフも笑顔で挨拶をしてくれました。

価格から見ても問題ないんだけど同じ価格帯の他のホテルと比べると再利用は無いです

特筆するところはないスタッフは普通に親切目立って良いところも悪いところも見当たらないので無難かとは思うがこの辺りには安くて綺麗で便利の良いホテルが他にもあるのであえて選ぶ事は無いかなという印象

セブシティの夜遊びスポットのマンゴスクエアの近く

マンゴスクエアまで徒歩10分のホテルです。マンゴスクエア周辺はカジノ、ディスコやビキニバーなどあってセブで有名な夜遊びスポットです。ホテルはキレイで清潔感があります。部屋は小さくて少し狭いですが、その分値段が安いです。欠点はホテルというか、フィリピンはネットが遅い、繋がらない。動画視聴は諦めてください。

普通のビジネスホテル

比較的清潔で特に何不自由なく滞在できた。シャンプーと石鹸は置いてあったが、歯ブラシはアメニティとしてはなかった。ドライヤーの貸し出しは有料。7階まで客室がある。デラックスルームは窓無しなので部屋に滞在する時間が長いと厳しいかもしれない。スタッフは親切でフレンドリーだった。

Fuenta Osumena サークルに近いリーズナブルなホテル

特に滞在するわけでもなく寝床として使うのであれば非常にリーズナブルだと思います。繁華街も近く、ホテルの名前も結構知れ渡っているみたいでタクシーでも苦労しませんでした。ただ、やっぱり部屋は狭くシャワーもいまいちで窓もありません。寝床です。

スタッフは気が利いていて良いが、部屋の古さは否めない。安宿希望で個人利用ならOKだと思います。

安い部屋だけなのかは不明だが、窓が無いので部屋で作業する場合は滅入る。泊まるだけなら、設備は問題無いし、治安も良いのでオススメ。

便利なホテル

フエンテオスメニャサークルから徒歩5分のホテル。タクシーもジプニーもいつでも拾え、どこへ行くにも便利。周囲にはラルシアンやジョリビーやロビンソンズのレストラン・フードコートがあり、マッサージ店も多い。部屋は、スーペリアルームなら窓も冷蔵庫も金庫があり、この値段帯では十分。お湯も安全ピンで突けば、良く出るようになる。ただ一点、小さいゴキブリはよく出てくるので、苦手な人は無理。

コストパフォーマンスを考えれば十分。長期滞在には向かない。窓なし。荷物を置いて仮眠に最適。ホテル周りは、衛生面から消してよいとは言えない。安ホテルが点在しているエリアでセブに夜到着し、仮眠後、翌日移動するには良い。

観光に適した立地

いわゆるアップタウンの高級ホテルとは違いますが、オスメニアサークルに近いこともありジプニーでの移動もしやすい環境。すぐ近くには庶民のご飯どころのラルシアンもあり、観光客むけではない地元セブ料理が食べたい方、地元の人たちとの距離が近い旅をしたい方にはとくにおすすめです。

とにかくシャワーが弱かったです。それから、備品（ティッシュやゴミ箱、フェイスタオルなど）はほとんどなく、不便な点もありましたが、料金も安かったので、☆みっつ‼︎という感じです。

こじんまりしたホテルですが、清潔で快適。スタッフの方はフレンドリーで親切な対応をしてもらえましたが、チェックイン時には控えを持参した方が良い。（３泊の予約だったが、２泊の予定になっていた）ただ、その後の対応は問題なし。バスタブはなく、お湯は電気式の湯沸かし器で、水の量は少なめ。小さな石けんと袋入りのシャンプーが備えてありますが、シャンプーは少量であまり役にたたないので持参した方が良い。プランでは「朝食付」で、フィリピーノかコンチネンタルが選べますが、これはコンプリメンタリーという無料のサービス的なものとして期待しないこと。フロント脇のテーブルでいただけますが、頼めば部屋にも持ってきてもらえます。立地はオスメニアサークルに近く便利な印象で、レストランやBBQ店、コンビニも近くにあります。

優れた立地

☆部屋→少し狭く感じましたが、清潔感があり良かったです。照明が暗いのとトイレが流れにくかったのがマイナス。☆立地→ショッピングや食事に出かけるには便利でした。新しいホテルのため、タクシーの運転手さんも知ってる人が少なかったです。☆サービス→親切で対応も良かったです。両替とドライヤーのレンタルなし。

It's a shame they don't want us

I put a review a week or two ago and it didn't change. I asked for the room service to be done and on the third day the turned up. We went out on the second day and came Back 4 hours later but no cleaning done. After I complained the excuse was they were upstairs and was coming down to clean it. They were on our floor when we went out cleaning the room next to ours and the one opposite. So why not clean while there. Well we are going to Panglao for a week and when we come back for a month we will be staying elsewhere

I enjoyed my stay there and will go again soon. There are better area's but they are Dirty inside and More expensive. The Toilet was blocked and I eventually got it unblocked. It is clean and secure so much better than a lot of places

Staycation

We booked the hotel to rest and relax.. The place wasn't so crowded. The staff were friendly. The view was nice. The only downside is their food, the selection was few. It's mostly for drinks. But overall we had a great time..
