問題点 1️⃣チェックインに困った Air bnb運用者が行ってると思う、チェックinが出来ず困ってると、エントランスに居た女性が部屋の管理人の所に案内して貰った チェック前に先方と連絡をしておく必要がある 2️⃣ベッドのスプリングが痛い 3️⃣枕が臭い 4️⃣バスタオルだけしか無い フェイスタオルが欲しい 5️⃣アメニティがほとんど無し、 ① トイレットペーパーなし ② シャンプーなし ③ 歯ブラシなし ④ セーフティーボックス無し 6️⃣ 部屋のメンテナンスが悪い、 ① シャワーのお湯が出てこない ② 流しの蛇口がぐらつく ③ 後付けシャワーカーテンは落ちる Air bnbでもランクは下だと思う、 7️⃣ 良かった点は ①冷蔵庫有り ②電子レンジが有り ③電気ポット有り ④ 1階にコンビニが有る ⑤タクシーがエントランス近くに待機してる

オーナーの対応がとても親切!
お湯が出なかった時やタオル、ドライヤーのオーナーの女の人の対応がとても親切でした。 ホテルではないので、タオルは1週間に1度しか交換されないし歯ブラシもないため、長滞在の場合、自分で持っていっていくのもいいでしょう

早く到着してしまい、アーリーチェックインを頼むとオーナー外出中の為出来ないとの事。仕方なくチェックインの時間まで外出。時間になるとオーナーと会え、談笑。 LINEを交換し、何かあったら連絡してと言われる。 入室時に300ペソを請求されるが、それは清掃料。

The check in time is later than usual, but you can check in at the typical time for a fee. Parking is available for a FEE! The included double trundle bed was false advertising. I was charged an additional FEE. The couch shown in the picture doesn’t exist, I am pretty sure we were not given the unit that we paid for. The shower head had rivets and screws flying off it when I tried to shower. They do have a pool, but only 2 family members can use the pool at one time. A family of four and we can’t enjoy the pool as a family???

First of all, you only book for 2 pax so I only give you a unit which is for 2 pax only. You need to be honest when you book of how many persons will stay. Also, I have a lot of units and not only those in the main photo that you mention. It will be based on what is available and your booking details. If you are not satisfied then how come you even extend your stay? Also, you don't have the right to ruin our unit with those writings at the floor, stains at the bed and very dirty kitchen. Please have some respect to your host.

No water in the restroom. I tried to switch it on but the bidet sprayer was broken and was constantly leaking water. Contacted the owner, no room change or refund possible. I couldn’t use the toilet or shower, had to go outside. Also: AC not strong enough to cool the room, no drinking water

Hi, Thanks for your review. First of all, let me apologize because of the leaking bidet spray in the room and unfortunately we are fully booked on that day so there is no other room that we can transfer and maintenance personnel is no longer available since you arrive at night time. However, we did offer you to just cancel your booking free of charge/penalty and you will get your full refund from Expedia but you still decide to stay in the unit though. Also, the toilet and shower are still usable since it's only the bidet that has the problem. With that, I could no longer offer a refund since you already stay and sleep in the unit. Thanks.

Terrible condo
This is not a hotel, but rather condo units so there is no guarantee what you will get . When you arrive at reception you have to phone the assistant to have her come and check you in. I waited 15 minutes for her to arrive. When we went to the unit there was an employee sleeping on the sofa. There was a used tooth brush left in the bathroom. The bed sheet was stained. There was no top sheet to use with the blanket. So gross . You need to give them your passport in exchange for a pass for you to use the pool. Ridiculous . The listing says there are 10 restaurants and 5 bars on site, but there is nothing in the building, rather they are referring to the venues along the main road within a 3 block radius. I would not stay again or recommend.

Everything was okay except for the water supply. We were not informed that it has specific time of operation so we had to wait before we can take a shower.

If it's about the room, kindly take note that we do have a lot of units with different designs and interior and your stay will depend on availability basis.

We’re checkin quite early as we arrive earlier, we spoke to a girl who in charge receiving the quest. room wasn’t ready yet but she-allowed as to leave our languages. I’m very disappointed the fact that we unexpected, room was dusty,pillows, linen bed uncomfortable no headboard, toilet set is broken and zinc top pilled off and she give as very thin foam for my girl.

Bathroom shows mildew on walls and floors. Water pressure on the rain shower head device is not working properly and the water heater temperature didn’t work. Bathroom smells funky. Water stains and calcification accumulation shows on shower heads and faucets. Cobwebs is present in the room. Cooking utensils are burnt. Hallways and elevators no air condition which makes them smells dingy and smells like urine. Front desk Staff and security do not have the right to contact the owner of the unit nor will provide contact number of the owner. You must have contact information yourself and you have to contact the owner of the unit yourself when checking in and checking out.

For people that want a pool around the clock get disappointed because there are opening times and many restrictions about food and drinks. The very good point is that you have all important groceries around and many clubs bars and restaurants. And specially parking space for rented vehicles. The airport transfer is also very nice and easy to handle because of the very good communication from the renters.

Short city break
Condo was really clean with great amenities - everything we needed for our few days stay. Location was great, close to all amenities with transport easily available. Condo staff were polite and helpful

왠만하면 불만을 후기로 남기지 않는 이용자입니다. 사진과 호텔스닷컴의 예약결과는 2개의 침대와 침대사이에 칸막이가 되어있어 두개의 구분구획으로 설명되어 있을 것입니다 그 건물은 레지던스 건물로 각층의 양끝쪽 발코니가 달려있는 호실을 제외하고 모두가 같은 크기의 공간입니다. 따라서 여러분이 예약하거나 예약할 숙소는 모두 퀸사이즈 침대하나만 들어가는 협소한 방크기로 첨부터 2개의 침대가 들어갈 수 없는 곳입니다. 당시 숙박한 다른 한국인 들 역시 저와 같더라구요. 2개의 침대로 예상한 그들은 4명이 한 방을 예약했고 사우나나 찜질방을 찾는 신세가 되었습니다. 청소는 매일하지 않으며 예약한 숙박이 종료되어야 하므로 집안의 집기, 특히 수저와 그릇 등은 몹시 청결하지 못합니다. 공간이 부족하니 식탁은 한쪽에 쳐박혀 있고 사용할수 없을 정도입니다. 한마디로 고시원 건물크기정도로 생각하면됩니다. 수건은 숙박기간 동안 딱 두장, 추가되지 않습니다. 수건은 걸레같이 느껴질 것입니다 낡고 색이 바랬거든요. 또한 공사중이어서 낮시간은 몹시 시끄럽습니다. 이러한 곳을 확인도 없이 호텔스닷컴은 비밀가격이라고 추천하고 있습니다. 보여지는 사진과 설명은 과장될수 있으나, 이건 완전히 다르니 사기에 가깝습니다. 여러분들은 제발 주변 호텔도 가격이 비슷하니 절대 예약하지 마시길 바랍니다.

Thank you so much for your review and I regret that you feel that way. Take note though that our rooms are studio units and all information/photos are included in the description. The recommended number of persons is 2 for convenience but it can accommodate up to 4 pax if needed using a pull-out bed or foam mattress. Also, this is a private owned condo units and not a hotel so daily cleaning and room service are not included. I think the expectation just doesn't match. Our main advantage vs a hotel room is that it includes a kitchen where you can cook and prepare your dishes however you need to take care of everything by yourself. Rest assured that we will continue to do our best to improve our facilities and services for our guests.

기가막히고 코가막힌 곳! 절대 NONO
3인룸을 예약했는데 더블침대 밑에서 매트리스를 하나 더 빼서 자야하더군요 그매트리스엔 커버도 없었고 이불도 없었구요, 로비는 공사중이고 체크인하는데 시간이 무척 많이 걸렸습니다. 가족모두 실망했고 서비스는 아무것도 없었고 사진과 매우다르고 이곳을 예약한것을 바로 후회했습니다. 아직 공사중인 빌딩 구석방에서 있는것처럼 좁고 답답했습니다. 건물만 높을뿐 모든 집기는 중고에 낡았고 청소비 300페소를 무조건 내라고 하더군요 다음날 청소를 원했더니 또 300페소를 내라고 해서 안했습니다. 두번다시 가고싶지 않은곳이고 호텔스닷컴에 항의하고 싶을정도로 불쾌감을 떨칠수 없었습니다. 이곳도 실망이고 이런곳을 확인도 안하고 예약만 받는 호텔스닷컴에도 실망했습니다. 회원이 예약할 상품을 확인하는건 기본 아닌가요? 공사도 안끝난 호텔을 고지하지 않고 계시하다니... 한번 왔다가면 끝이란건가?

Thanks for your feedback. I apologize if you are unhappy with your stay. Take note though that this is a private owned condo and not a hotel and also you book for a studio unit only as the name suggests which can accommodate 3 persons with 1 Queen bed and a pull-out bed. Also the 300 pesos service charge is displayed on the website and even in the welcome message as a one time fee upon arrival. We will continue to do our best to improve our services and facilities for the next guests. Thanks.

Worst accomodation experience yet
Building was still under construction, would have had been great to know it before booking. Rooms were very dirty and worn. Shower water pressure was non-existent.

The guards are very helpful and friendly. I was made to pay 3 nights for the parking which was not mentioned in the Expedia site (or I may have missed it). On the second night of our stay, I found out that someone had parked on the slot supposedly paid for already. This was not a good experience. We were told by the that the owner had rented it out to someone else. Two people paying for one parking lot. Also, I was not able to use the microwave. The plug was three pronged but the outlet only has too. It seems the owner tried very much and to make it appear that the required appliances are in place but not so much as making sure they work. The advantage in staying in this place though is that there are a lot of places to it eat and malls are walking distance. Not a lot of area though to roam around.

It supposed to have an adaptor there but maybe somebody took it and we haven't notice it until now. Regarding parking, it is actually stated at the Expedia site that it is a paid parking.
