「Everything went smooth and the host is very reaponsive and nice. The house is clean and my kids liked staying at this house along with our dogs. We would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Grants Pass to stay at the 777 House. 」

「The apartment was a comfy place to base ourselves out of while attending weekend wedding celebrations. It was just the two of us but with 4 bedrooms, the place could have accommodated many more. It would be a great place to stay if you were wine tasting in the Applegate Valley. The little restaurant downstairs served a great breakfast too!」

「The Hobbit House was everything we needed. Our home away from home. The property outside was well kept. The interior was very clean. It had all of the amenities we needed. Just bring your clothes. The location was very quiet and safe. We stargazed every night. I gighly recommend this place. We came to visit Oregon Cave National Forest.」

「Would recommend a stay in this lovely property near Jacksonville. Very clean and cozy! Appreciated the nice touches of the A/C already on when we arrived on a very hot day as well as cute folded towels on the beds. Made for a nice visit overall! Great for dogs as well!」

「It was clean and organized, well thought out and put together exactly like a vrbo should be. There were cookies and dog supplies set out for us and a great fenced in back yard for pets. The grill worked and came with two full propane tanks. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking dogs. It was very close to the redwoods and the river. Gotta watch out for the low hanging light in living room and the bathroom shower curtain can leak, but those are small issues. Overall great little place...

「The house is spacious and comfortable. Its feels remote because you cant see any neighbors, but grocery stores and vineyards are less than 15 minutes in either direction. We intended to explore the area more, but ended up hanging at the house and sitting on the deck staring out at the absolutely gorgeous view. The host was excellent at communication and even sent us an exciting list of things to see and do in the area. I would happily stay here again.」
