We had some problems checking in; we paid twice for some water we took from the room's minibar, and the staff, looking at the payment receipt from the app, forced us to pay again. "O apartamento é bom para um casal, espaçoso. O banheiro também é bom. A porta da sacada precisa de manutenção e a luz da entrada, onde é a "cozinha" é muito fraca. Falta um Cooktop para ficar mais confortável. A garagem é boa. Meu problema foi a piscina suja, não conseguimos usufruir, e sempre pesa na minha escolha a piscina. "My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."
