We had great holidays in this beautyful villa in Cavalaire. Everything was totally as described on the platform - clean, complete, with no bad surprises at all. Very special thanks to Julie and the agency for being very helpful and supportive - and simpatico and uncomplicated at the same time. All in all a grat experience!

We loved our stay at Villa Carpe Diem! Cavalaire is a great little town with plenty of restaurants, shops and beach activities (from jet skiing to evening concerts), all a very short walk from the villa. Touristy, with primarily French families, but not overcrowded. We loved being able to walk to the markets (groceries, fish, fruits/vegetables, bakeries, butcher) just 7 minutes away. Many other charming towns, including Saint Tropez, a short drive away.The house itself was very nice, but still comfortable to hang out in. We cooked in the well-stocked kitchen most nights and enjoyed our dinners around the large outdoor table. The pool was great. The views were unbeatable--really spectacular. The only real downside was that the 3 lower level bedrooms are NOT air conditioned. There are fans, but it was still quite hot for those guests. The main level (which includes the other 2 bedrooms) were air conditioned and comfortable. The place wasn't perfect--a few minor repairs needed--but nothing to detract from what we considered an A experience (with downstairs A/C, it would have been A). Julie, the concierge, was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Location. Location. Location.

This is a very nice house, close to all the amenities that you can imagine. Even a casino. The agent was genuinely helpful and wanted the best for us. But for this house to have a 5 stars rating, it would need the following: 1. Heated pool. Be careful about this one as the listing mentioned that the pool was heated. It is not! 2. A faster internet as we now always work remotely. The internet was abysmally slow. Not acceptable. 3. A TV a bit bigger in the living room than a simple computer display. And the sound system is really outdated. 4. A good paint job, particularly on the ceiling, where you see a lot of cracks. You would not expect that from a house of that caliber. So overall, the family was happy, and the location makes you forget all the things that could be really annoying if this house did not have such a fantastic view of the water.

Super Haus an toller Lage mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus "Carpe Diem". Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool und der Aussicht sind atemberaubend und wunderschön! Die Küche ist für 12 Personen top ausgestattet. Kommunikation vor und während dem Aufenthalt (mit Julie) waren einfach super! Sie war stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Einzige kleine Kritikpunkte: Der Terrassenboden (aus Holz) müsste mal erneuert werden. Ebenfalls waren die Zimmer im unteren Stock feucht und es roch auch ein bisschen danach.

Magnifique villa à Cavalaire quasi les pieds dans l’eau
