「We enjoyed our winter desert stay in this nice home in the Signature community. The unit is directly across the street from the community clubhouse and pool/jacuzzi for easy access. We appreciated the quiet community and enjoyed walking and biking in the neighborhood. The unit was pretty much as described in the listing and photos, however a few items needed repair. The management team was very responsive over text message and the only urgent item (refilling the propane) was done right away. The...

「Everything in the home was comfortable and well-appointed. All of our practical needs were met.」

「I booked this stay for an overnight business trip. The room was charming, quiet, and comfortable, as well as clean and modern. My favorite feature was the fireplace. The location is excellent, not far from Old Town La Quinta, which offers a wonderful selection of restaurants. I would recommend this location and would certainly return for another stay.」

「The apartment and facilities are great. The only comment is that we arrived at night and it was hard to find the unit # since it is a little dark to see the numbers outside the building. Other than that all very good.」
