Small beach at the end of the street (.2 miles) is great to swim at high tide or to watch the sunset. Hen Cove beach (.8 walk) is great if you want to spend a long day in the sand.
This home is a split-level ranch. Entering the home, you are greeted with 7 steps going up to the main level and 7 steps going down to the lower level. The main level features a large open concept kitchen, living room, sitting area and dining area. The sliding glass door leads out to a large deck with plenty of seating and a gas grill. An awning has been added to provide shade from the sunny days. There are steps from the deck that lead to the yard and the outdoor shower. There are also 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on the main level (one of which is an ensuite). The lower level has a cozy den, laundry area, 3 bedrooms and a full bath. There is access to the garage from the den.

• At the time of booking, you will receive an automated digital welcome link. This link will have important information for check-in and checkout. Please share it will the members of your group. If you cannot open the link, copy and paste it into a separate browser. If you need help, just ask we are happy to assist you.
• Guests have access to the whole property except a locked owners closet locked in the lower-level den. The home has keyless entry, and the access code will be provided the day of check-in. There is parking for 6 vehicles in the driveway. There is NO on- street parking allowed. Cars may be towed at owners expense.
Other things to note
• No special attention has been made to child proofing. There are steps up to the main level and lower level of the home. The yard is not fully fenced.
• Boat launch is located on Circuit Ave. No boat launch access in the neighborhood. Beach dock is for drop-off and pick-up with a ten minute maximum docking. No overnight docking allowed.
• House is close to many restaurants, including Chart Room, The Courtyard, or Corner Café. House is 7 miles from Gallo Ice Rink.
• Many trails nearby including Tidal Flats, Bourne Conservation Trust, and the Shining Sea bike path.
• Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels.
