  • A charming and elegant apartment dating from the early 20th century, featuring ornate ceilings and original painted floors. Located in the heart of Catania, just a few meters from Via Etnea, Piazza Cavour, and Viale XX Settembre, it was renovated in 2016. Many of the furnishings are antiques that tell the story of the house. You can easily reach the bus stop (1 min) and the metro station (5 min), which takes you to the train station in 20 min. The apartment features a private terrace for exclusive use.

A traditional Sicilian stay with a cozy kitchen

Claudia was an attentive host. This place is value for money. The apartment is very large and filled with antiques and old furniture. The main bedroom is very noisy at night as on a main road. But this just added to being in Catania. There are other bedrooms to choose from which are quieter. Loved that there were some condiments and tea and coffee! No microwave and dishwasher not working. Very good car parking around the corner 75 for 3 nights, come and go as you please. Supermarket around the corner. Good spot for day trips to Mt Etna and Siracusa. Would recommend staying here if on a budget.

Very large property, well-located. Property conformed to description on Expedia. The owners were easy to reach and allowed us to check-in earlier. On one day, we lost electricity but the owner was on site in a short time and fixed the problem quickly. Highly recommend!

Claudias Villa ist ein kleines Juwel. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Wir haben diesen Ort sehr geliebt.
