口コミでは中心に近くて便利ということだったが、結構遠い。公共交通は不便で、タクシーも捕まらない。アップダウンがきつく帰り道は大変だった。

アメリカ的な感じ
アメリカのBW系ホテルには何度も泊まっているので、部屋の作り、広さ等に関しては違和感なく、むしろヨーロッパでは広い部類に入ると思われる。アメリカと同様、消臭剤の匂いがキツくとても不快。車利用者に便利なホテルで公共交通利用者にはアクセスが悪い。

無料朝食、無料ＷＩＦＩ、有料駐車場
レンタカーで旅行中に1泊しました。カタニア市内にあり立地は便利です。朝食付きのプランでした。あまり期待していませんでしたが、ビジネスホテルの朝食としては良い方だと思います。菓子パンの種類が充実していました。ＷＩＦＩ無料でした。ロビーのほぼ真上の2階の部屋だったので、部屋でもＷＩＦＩが快適に使用できました。駐車場は有料でした。ホテル専用の有料駐車場もありますが、ホテルの周辺に青線で囲まれた路上駐車スペースがいくつかあるので、そこに泊めました。夜２０時から朝８時までは路上駐車無料になりますので、夜１８時から２０時まで２時間分の駐車券を購入しました。路上駐車なので盗難等のリスクはあります。ホテルは若干古い感じですが、料金を考えると全体的にはお勧めできます。

Property was good and staff was very helpful. It was within a 10 minute walk to the Main Street via Etnea. The area around the hotel is dirty, but from what I have seen that is basically Sicily in a nutshell. Beautiful island, very nice people, lots of garbage.

Très bon séjour
Excellent hôtel comme souvent pour cette chaîne, très bonne situation en centre ville mais au calme. Chambre grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien fourni et varié en sucré et salé. Si je devais revenir dans cette ville, je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans cet hôtel.

The staff were great - very helpful and kind. The room was spotless and fresh and had a great shower. Outside there was a lot of rubbish piled on the street which was not the fault of the hotel but was unpleasant.

Excelente opción. A no dudar.
El Hotel es lo que se necesita, buena pieza y cómoda cama para descansar a gusto. Ubicado a 10 minutos de la avenida principal. Limpieza excelente y buen desayuno. Lo que hace la gran diferencia es la excelente atención de quienes trabajan en el. Especial mención merece Eduardo en la recepción que hizo de la atención al cliente un arte, mucho mejor que en hoteles de cinco estrellas. Igualmente su Manager Santi, quien se involucro directamente en todos los detalles de nuestra estadía (no es un Manager de Oficina sino de atención directa a los pasajeros, excelente). El Barista realiza verdaderas esculturas cuando sirve un capuchino y siempre muy atento. De lo mejor en cuanto a sensación de hospitalidad. Me faltan puntos y estrellas para recomendarlo. Una opción segura si se quiere visitar Catania.

Very nice stay. Excellent staff. The breakfast was awesome and a great price. However the WIFI was weak. That was very disappointing.

Nice, clean, safe and friendly accommodation!! The staff is very friendly and professional; they make you feel welcomed and resolve your requests promptly so you can focus on your trip. Internet is a bit slow for the regular EU standards.

Awful WiFi, AC, Keycards, Soundproofing
There were a lot of problems with the hotel. For one, the walls are paper thin and make people speaking down the hall sound like they are in the room with you. Over our 4 night stay, we tried to use the room key roughly 6-7 times and only once did it work without us having to walk back down to the desk to have it reactivated. The WiFi and any use of internet is non-existent as the signal is so weak that you cannot open a basic page. The shower soaks the floor of the bathroom unless you point it directly at the wall and lean up against it. The AC in the room is extremely weak and barely cooled the room down if it worked at all. The location is also not great. It is about one mile from anything that you would looked to see/do in Catania and just alone in a neighborhood without any desirable restaurants, bars, shops, etc. I would steer interested travelers to another hotel.

Booked this hotel for one night for easy access to airport for early morning flight to Rome. Would stay here longer for a visit to Catania. Difficult to reach by private car, so not ideal as a headquarters for regional exploration by car. Staff very friendly and helpful. Non pretentious practical choice.

Excellent service from staff, value for money and amenities more than compensate for the slight disadvantage of being a little distance away, up a slope, from the center of Catania, For physically fit, though, it is only a ten minutes walk. Special mention should be made of Stefanie, in reception, who went out of the way to help us to plan our tours tp Taormina , Etna and Syracuse. The buffet breakfast is very good value for money, for 4 Euros a person, and is paid at the end of the stay. No record is kept and they depend your honesty to charge. Highly recommended.

Great stay
Great service, helpful front desk staff. Surprisingly good food at breakfast and at the snack bar. Parking for a fee, but they park for you and will pick it up whenever you need it. Overall would definitely stay again.
