"We stayed in the loft room and it was clean and comfortable. Being a loft room, it IS up stairs, so keep that in mind. Three queen beds, and two small couches that appeared to be able to fold down into a small bed. It had a kitchen: sink, fridge, stove / oven, and a nice bathroom with a roomy shower (not a tub). A sliding glass door and a rather large step up leads out onto a sizable wraparound deck that is also available to other rooms on the second floor. A swing is available on one side of the deck. The Pilot is right across the street (market and gas station). I was very happy with the accommodations."
"Union Creek Resort is a collection of rustic cabins and houses in the woods near a creek, great hiking trails and waterfalls. We stayed there after our day at Crater Lake. We arrived late in the evening but called ahead to let them know and they told us where we would find our check-in information and keys. Sadly, we were only able to spend one night there, but the cabins brought back wonderful childhood memories of Northwoods resorts. Our daughter’s family stayed in one of the cabins, which was cool but a little tight for 4 people. My husband, sister, daughter and I, stayed in one of the premium houses because 3 of us are of an age where we need 2 bathrooms. The house looked to be a 1960s-style ranch. It was very simple, but spacious and comfortable. The electrical outlets in our house were loose and our plugs tended to fall out. I had to plug our phones into the outlet on the base of a table lamp.
We had a full kitchen, but didn’t plan to cook, so we ate breakfast at Beckie’s Café at the resort. The menu was limited, but the food was good and reasonably priced. Our server was efficient and very pleasant. I had hoped for a piece of their famous pie, but I’m a vegetarian and the pies are made with beef and pork tallow, so … bummer.
If you enjoy rustic surroundings in the midst of beautiful woods, listening to the sounds of birds and water as it wends its way through a rocky creek bed, I heartily recommend Union Creek Resort."
Luxurious Chalet Retreat: Breathtaking Views, Hot Tub, BBQ, and Fireside Comfort
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this lovely Chalet. The view was astonishing and the cabin well located for many nearby outdoor adventures. There were many sweet little extras, like peanuts for the chipmunks and jays, and an enclosed area for the dog that made the stay enjoyable. The cabin was clean and well appointed, especially the kitchen, which had a rice cooker and a slow cooker. The appliances all worked perfectly. You could tell a lot of love went into setting the place up for guests. We would definitely come back. Thank you, Diane, for being so easy to communicate with and for letting us enjoy your sweet chalet."

"Could not ask for a better VRBO property. Absolutely the best that we have used and what made it exceptional was the hostess Brandy. Always available to answer the many questions which made a wedding visit in the area easy and fun. Highly recommend this property."
"Beautiful place conveniently located if you’re looking for fishing multiple lakes! The only draw back would be if you can’t do stairs! Had a great time! This place is beautiful surrounded by some of Oregon's best forests and lakes."
"Extremely user friendly: kitchen well equipped, convenient location, comfortable, and attractively decorated. Our family enjoyed staying there and exploring the area. I would highly recommend this place to my very best friends."

"Clean and quiet. No internet unless you pay for wifi so a good place to be unplugged. Hot springs aren't far and are warm and comfortable. Recommend to bring something to put your clothes in to keep them dry. It is a hike to get to them."
