カサデルベカ

アットホームな雰囲気で、快適に過ごせる宿です。リゾートホテルを期待して来た為、最初はガッカリしましたが、ビジネスで滞在するのであれば問題ありません。ロケーションは街からかなり離れているので、レンタカーか、タクシーの利用が必須です。

Location, it is actually walking distance from the airport and the (delectable) Vigie Beach. At the same time, even the supermarket requires a 10 usd taxi ride. But you don't go to St Lucía to go to Massy, right? The staff, lovely. Trying to make the most of the place. And magnificent views of the harbor and beyond from to 10. Not like: stingy, affection less use of the place. Careless decor, tasteless. Rooms not well equipped: kitchenette utensils look like leftovers from a flood; greasy patina around the one burner stove, not even a lamp on the night table... And so on. Private beach? A joke.

My apologies first for the utensils, which just needed a little elbow grease. We sincerely apologise for the oversight of the staff. We also provide complimentary supermarket transfers for all our guests who need it. I am surprised though that we conversed with you daily and you never once brought any matters to our attention. We would have been more than eager to transfer you to another room.

Staff was excellent and took care of us. Close to Castries. The property looks very rough from outside but there was gorgeous view of the harbor entrance and the Caribbean sea. The studio we had was very functional. You can order a nice breakfast

Merelyn was very hospitable at Casa Del Vega. My husband and I enjoyed our night’s stay at this property located near Vigie Beach.

A affordable and beautiful place to stay.

The place is next to the ocean. I had ocean view. It is 10 mns walking to a beautiful beach. The owner is very helpful. She is there for everything you need.

What a view

I was .more than suprised by the hotel, for me i just wanted a room close to the airport for my transit to dominca but i had a really nice welcoming in the evening by the owner and the room was great, i woke up to view over the caribean ocean that was really nice and they arranged transport to the airport really fast. I would definitely go back for more days :)

Loved being able to see and hear the Caribbean Sea from my room. And going to the sunset lounge to watch the water or the sunset was simply stunning. It was perfect. There was no hot water in the shower, and I didn't realize that until I went to shower that night. The water isn't freezing cold, so it was bearable. But I just wasn't aware beforehand. Other than that, I loved everything about my stay and will for sure stay there again. Oh, and they provide breakfast!

Beneath expectations

No water pressure, matresses are in user condition and not confortable, bad wifi signal, has stains on roof, and bathroom has no intimaty. Only thing that worth it was the view.

Very sorry we did not meet expectations. Water pressure was due to the water company having such great demand over the previous two weeks. There is a door on the bathroom so I am not sure about the intimacy, but we will look into it. We ask our guest if everything OK and if they respond in the negative we usually seek to justify the matter. Andre did not report anything whilst he was here.

Das Bad war quasi direkt am Bett, keine verschließbare Türe, nur eine Lamellentür, die anlehnen konnte. In der Dusche musste man von Tropfen zu Tropfen springen, um überhaupt nass zu werden und warm wurde das Wasser erst nachdem es eine halbe Stunde lief. Die Balkonstühle waren schrottreif.

L'établissement est en face de la Bay de Castries, dans 1 cadre reposant. Les chambres sont bien isolées. Les chambres sont plaisante et bien aménagées. L'environnement est idéale pour des vacances reposante.

Friendliest place

This hotel is not a multi-star modern Hilton but it is the friendliest place, family run and welcoming. It has a fabulous sun terrace over looking the ocean with fruit trees all around. I loved Saint Lucia and all the people we met (except at customs) and this hotel epitomized our stay. We will long remember it.

Quiet and lovely setting. Attentive and kind staff. A bit away from nearby eateries. Unless you have a car, plan to get to places by taxi.
