For the exclusive use of our guests: the gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, the barbecue, the lovely swimming poolb and a solarium area equipped with sun beds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. On a side of the garden the owner's house, who will be a discreet and certain presence for any information or need.

Aristocratic and elegant finish and furnishing. The internal finish and the furniture are very well refined and each room is characterised by hand made painting which give to the house an elegant and aristocratic feel. There are some pieces of period and valuable furniture.

It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Methods of payment by bank transfer:
at the time of booking confirmation we will require the payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount of the booking.
The payment of the balance is required within 45 days before the beginning of the stay.
Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the rental.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
