Fenice is well positioned for exploring some of Tuscany's most beautiful and well-known destinations. It sits between Perugia, Siena and Arezzo, with other nearby places to visit including Cortona, Lake Trasimeno, the Val d'Orcia, Monteriggioni and Bagno Vignoni.

The closest airport is Florence, approximately a 90-minute drive away, with Pisa also an option at around two hours by car. Even Rome can be visited as a long day trip, taking around two and a half hours by car.

For guests who prefer not to drive every day, a local train station is within easy reach, with services to Florence and Rome, making city visits far more relaxed.

Golf enthusiasts will also find several golf courses within approximately 30 minutes' drive.
