Because of what I mentioned I want my money back.

There is a big gap between what appears on the website and the reality, getting to the room is very difficult. (Requires traveling by car on an unpaved road) The living conditions are not comfortable at all. Very small shower. There are no air conditioners in the rooms. Dark and unlit rooms. The kitchen is very small and uncomfortable. A small office refrigerator is not enough for the contents of the whole family (perhaps for two people) cleanliness at a very low level. The hotel's rooms are spread over a huge area. To get to the pool that exists in the hotel, you have to go by car from most of the rooms. Our experience was so negative that after two days we couldn't stay any longer, we really suffered!!! We left the place and went to rent another hotel for the rest of the week. (Of course we did not receive a refund for the large expense even though we asked for it and even a part of it. Which added to the great disappointment. Not a good experience at all and a hotel not recommended for those who want a fun vacation and fair value for money. Stay away!!!

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, das Appartment war sehr schön und richtig Toskanisch eingerichtet! Viel Platz, super Terasse! Griller war anfangs nicht vorhanden doch auf Anfrage wurde uns sofort einer Bereit gestellt. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und sehr nett! Einziges manko ist das wlan, es ist etwas umständlich sich immer über die webseite anzumelden und jeden einzelnen extra zu registriere n! Sonst alles wirklich Top!!

Underbar Toscansk vingård

Fint poolområde, lugnt och skönt med vacker utsikt med en liten promenad så finner man mkt bra resturang, 10min med bil in till Siena. Vill man så är köket välutrustat för matlagning. Väldigt fint ställe.

Perfekt boende utanför Siena

Vacker omgivning, vinrankor och olivträd runtom. Boendet högt upp så utsikten är fantastisk. Ingick också en rundtur på vingården med tillhörande provsmakning.Bra praktistk boende och fin pool som vi fick ha helt för oss själva. Nära in till Siena och även snabbt att ta sig till andra intressanta sevärdheter. Kan absolut rekommendera detta boende.

Les photos sur le site ne sont pas celles de l'appartement loué car il y a en une dixaine. Appartement très bruyant car une simple et très grande porte coulissante séparait un autre appartement donc les odeurs de cigarettes de cuisine et le bruit passaient sous la porte. Pour aller à la piscine il fallait prendre la voiture.

Toskana-Traum

Genau wie man sich eine Unterkunft in der Toskana wünscht: geräumige Appartments in Steinhäusern inmitten von Wein- und Olivenhügeln. Dazu ein toller Pool, und das alles auch noch ganz nah zu Siena. Perfekt!

Glem bassenget - nyt heller roen og utsikten!

Vi ankom hotellet en fredag formiddag, varme og slitne og veldig klare for hvile ved bassenget. Vi fryktet at det skulle være fullt, noe det slett ikke var. Derimot var det det en stor familie som hadde okkupert hele bassengområdet med håndklær, leker, ting og tang. Vi måtte be de rydde plass til oss. Det ble ikke særlig hvile her på grunn av mye bråk. Badingen uteble da rennen rundt bassenget hadde tiltrukket seg alle veps i hele området. Vi prøvde oss de to neste morningene også, men gav opp. Senger og stoler slang rundt over det hele, det var ingen som ryddet noen gang. Vi omstilte oss og nøt oppholdet og det vakre området ved det hyggelige lille uteområdet som var reservert for vår leilighet. Vi snakker idyll! Dette er et helt fantastisk vakkert sted, som gir deg en god ro i sjelen. Det er en natur man ikke kan se seg mett på. Rommene er store og luftige, greit innredet - men ikke la deg lure til at bildene stemmer for det gjør de IKKE. Sengene er gode og badet er rent. Vi storkoste oss :-)

Très bel endroit mais

Tenuta bien située. La proximité de Sienne est appréciable. Endroit calme. Réceptionniste pas très réactive, ne répond pas aux e-mail . Manque d équipement dans les chambres, un étendoir à linge individuel par exemple ou encore un parasol pour la terrasse. Et pas de clim et l été c est vraiment redibitoire car impossible de dormir. Et attention le domaine est très grand donc en fonction de la ou vous séjourner vous n avez acces qu a une piscine et non les deux. Soit la grande soit la petite. Renseignez vous bien.

Fint boende med härlig pool!

Fint och rymligt boende med vinrankor utanför huset. Perfekt för sightseeing runt Siena distriktet. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn som hade två lägenheter om ca 70 m2 vardera. Hade nog kunnat ha en lägenhet om det funnits sängkapacitet för det. Poolen som låg precis vid våran ena lägenhet var fantastiskt fin. Vi hade den i stort sett för oss själva. Det var lite svårt att hitta till stället tyckte vi. Kör till Ponte a Bozzone och sväng av till vänster mellan de två pizzeriorna. Sen direkt vänster förbi en parkeringsplats och kör runt ett bostadsområde som man har på höger sida. Sen tar man vänster och kör upp för en grusväg till Tenutan.

Beautiful Farm Near Siena

We had a great time in this quiet neighborhood outside of Siena. The farm is beautiful and the apartment is great for longer stays since it has plenty of room and a kitchen.

Great place to stay.

The hotel staff was amazing and super helpful. I cannot recommend this place more highly. If I ever go back this is where I would stay again hands down. It's peaceful and just located in a stunning area.

Tenuta di Monaciano - great villa,beautiful views.

The villa was great plenty of room for a family of four.facilities were great ,kids loved the pool.The week we were there the temp reached 40 deg it was very hard to sleep at night.had to ask for a fan as rooms have no a/c,we Got 1 fan so we all had to sleep in one room.very uncomfortable .There are no fly screens on the windows so leaving windows open was out of the question.Apart from this I would recommend the villa for it's location and I hope the owners in stall some ceiling fans at minimum.

Cet établissement est situé au milieu de nulle part,. Les habitations sont plutôt sinistres et vuos renvoient au moyen-âge avec des toilettes dans la douche par exemple. Quant à la piscine, si vous souhaitez en profiter, mieux vaut ne pas être là en même temps que le troupeau d'ados qui vient d'on ne sait où et qui squatte l'après-midi, ce qui rend toute baignade reposante illusoire... Une grande grande déception...

Sehr schön auf dem Land

Die Appartments liegen in einer sehr ländlichen Umgebung nahe Siena, Fahrzeit nach Siena ca 15 min, nur geeignet mit eigenem Fahrzeug. Die Gebäude sind sehr schön renoviert, die Räume grosszügig, die Ausstattung ist komplett (auch Küche/Geschirr). Der Empfang an der Reception war sehr freundlich, die Informationen vollständig. Insgesamt: wer nicht im Zentrum übernachten möchte ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
