"Amazing location at the bottom of the old city, a quick hike up the hill (<10 min) to the back part. patio in particular was great, amazing views from the bedrooms which were decent sized and good bathrooms (laundry also good). However inside the house Stairs were very steep and narrow to get between bedrooms (1 per floor). Top Castelnau-d'Aude Hotel Reviews

The Originals City, Hôtel Le Puech

10/10 Excellent

"WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend."

Tribe Carcassonne

8/10 Good

"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. The decor was too dark so much so that we couldn’t find the light switches! The carpet was black and when we dropped a black hair brush on the floor it took us 10 Minutes to find it!"

Zenitude Hôtel - Résidences Narbonne Centre

10/10 Excellent

"I booked last minute due to being stuck due to train cancellations. The property was very close to the train station, market, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is onsite laundry facilities as well. The room was spacious and clean. The area was peaceful and safe."

Comfort Aparthotel Carcassonne

10/10 Excellent

"This was terrific value for money and would happily stay again. While it's a good 15 mins or so up a hill from the station, for £40 or so, there's nothing at all to complain about- big rooms with cooking facilities, microwave and even a dishwasher should you need it, a lovely swimming pool and staff who were knowlegable and extremely helpful; particularly Guaytan , who couldn't have been more efficient and personable. All in all, very good."
