「We were traveling through and thought we’d give this hotel a try due to the fair rate and good reviews. We booked two rooms and arrived about 9:30pm. Both of our rooms were dirty. My daughter pulled back the bedding and there was a “wet” spot with pubic hair on the bottom sheet. So the bedding was not changed or even really cleaned in between guests. 「Death by 1000 paper cuts At check in a random man stood close to me & asked a lot of questions . The front desk did nothing to get him to back away & give privacy during checkin My main complaint: the air-conditioning went out & there were no rooms to be moved to & no fans. This was not a good thing especially because it was about 100° outside & we had a second story suite. 「ロードトリップの途中で利用しました。 到着が夜遅くになってしまいましたが、スタッフの方が笑顔で迎えてくれました。日本が好きと言ってくれていたので、チェックインでサインをする際に漢字書いたらとっても喜んでくれてこちらも嬉しくなりました。 翌朝も朝ごはんを取りに行った時、別のスタッフの方が靴がちゃんとはけていなかった私に、転ばないように気をつけてねと声をかけてくれて素敵なスタッフさん達だなと感じました。 お部屋は、年期は入っていますが清潔で、冷凍と冷蔵が完全に別れ冷蔵庫と、電子レンジがあったので良かったです。 朝ごはんも、食パンや、自分で焼くタイプのワッフル、シリアル、牛乳、ジュース2種類、ヨーグルト、アップルソース、ドーナツなど選択肢豊富で嬉しかったです。 またキャスパーを訪れることがあれば利用したいです。」
