Nanook's Retreat- Pet & Kid Friendly Rustic Cabin w/ AC and WIFI
10/10 Excellent
"Overall, this being our first experience in Washington State, we would absolutely stay here again. The cabin is about 10 minutes from Packwood, which has amazing local eateries—we would honestly come back just for Base Camp Coffee and Cliff Droppers alone. We can’t recommend them enough. The cabin is also about 20–30 minutes from some truly beautiful views, and the property itself offers a stunning mountain backdrop you could soak in for hours. It was perfect for our little family (three dogs included) and had the coziest vibe—ideal for snuggling up and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with nearly everything you need, there are board games to keep you entertained, and the fireplace is the perfect way to end the night with s’mores. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back."
Hummingbird Hill Resort: Hot Tub, ATV/UTV Access, Trails, Pets & Kids Love It!
10/10 Excellent
"Mike and I enjoyed our visit. We've been there several times and it's always great. My grand-niece (6 yoa) and her parents came up for the weekend; she is starting to refer to Hummingbird Hill as 'our cabin'. As in telling her friends, 'we're going up to our cabin'. :-) Love that kid! And, the best part is always the hummingbirds. It was November and there were STILL a few of them around. I was so pleased they were there. "
"Excellent customer service. The rooms were really clean and cute. Sheets smelled wonderful. They were very accommodating. We only had the chance to sleep a few hours there but will definitely come back to experience everything they had to offer."
"I can’t express how much I loved this place. It was perfect for my and my wife and daughter’s taste. I told my wife that I could spend an entire week there without even wanting to leave. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Lying in bed being able to look up at the old growth trees that provide a canopy over the cabin provides a serenity that I can’t explain. Inside and out it is the perfect property. In addition, its proximity to two entrances of Mt. Rainier just adds to the appeal of the Little Owl Cabin. I would highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates the outdoors and is looking to explore Mt. Rainier NP and the surrounding area."
