River Cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood on the Pigeon River. From the cottage it is a 5 minute walk to the festival grounds at the Caseville County Park. Take a left and walk an additional 5 minutes to reach downtown where there are restaurants, shopping boutiques where summer weekends feature a farmers market and outdoor concerts. Take a right and walk down to the beach at the Caseville County Park.

The Cottage features 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each bedroom and a twin/full bunk bed, two bathrooms with sheets and towels provided. A three season enclosed patio, BBQ grill, fire pit. Spend a day boating on the lake then tie up to our dock. Spend the evening around a campfire or take a short walk to Dairy Queen for sweet treats.

Great hanging out cottage
Darling little cottage right on the canal. Very clean. Lots of hanging out areas, like a campfire in the backyard and lawn chairs in the garage, family room, and a screened in porch and a front area with 7 chairs for everybody to sit. Beds were very comfortable for seven people. The home was well stocked.

Just perfect.
Enjoyed the residence. Very clean. Will reserve again for next year. Just one small oddity, the bedroom by the kitchen was humid. Other than that, just perfect. We are waiting for our security deposit back so we can reserve for next year. Thank you.

Wonderful Cozy Place
We had a great time celebrating the 4th of July. Paul was a wonderful host and responded quickly when I had a question. He also checked in to make sure we were doing ok. The place is very clean and everyone had a great time. Short distance into town was a bonus. We had a terrific time!

Caseville
The check-in was rocky. Code didn't work for the main door to the house (code for garage door worked fine). attempted to contact owner. Got voicemail and left messages. Contacted VRBO, put on hold. More than an hour after the initial contact, the owner opened the front door remotely and provided a new code for the front door. After that, the rest of the stay was good. The house was clean and well supplied.

Absolutely beautiful! Very clean, welcoming and comfortable!
Paul was very responsive! The house has everything needed from pots and pans to an air fryer for the Dino Nuggets!! Could not have been any better!
