Pellet Stove Operation: Call me if you have any issues.
Starter bricks and lighter located in the box in the living room TV cabinet. Open the exterior stove door Open the main stove door by using the wrench tool to unlock it by rotating the door bolt on the right side of the main door. Light starter brick and place in main pellet tray. Once the brick is fully aflame, press the ON button on the panel on the bottom left side of the stove. Use the up arrows to max pellet discharge. Push the main stove door closed, but don't lock the main door yet. Wait a couple of minutes until the starter brick and dispensed pellets are fully aflame and going strong. Now you can close the main stove door by locking the bolt with the wrench. Close the secondary door and sit back. Adjustment to pellet discharge can be made by using the up and down arrows on the panel. The stove will go all night for cozy warmth. I suggest using medium to lower pellet discharge settings overnight so you don't run out of pellets overnight.

Boat parking in the front of the house or in the rear by the garage off the alley. While I've had a 23ft surfboat parked in the rear of the property off of the alley, I wouldn't recommend parking a boat over 20 ft in the back. There is plenty of room in the front of the property for boat parking, and space for 3 vehicles in the rear by the front and side of the garage.
Upon check-out, please turn the thermostat down to 55 degrees, lock all windows and pull the shades.
Garbage day is Thursday. Take can to curb through the North side gate access to neighbor's yard. If the green main garbage can is not in the backyard, it's out by the curb.
