「Very cool historic building with antique furnishings and super comfortable bed. Paid a little extra to stay in the presidential suite which was very cool. Suite had a whirlpool, and an awesome sitting room overlooking downtown. My only gripe is the whirlpool wasn't able to get very hot at all. I assume the water heater can't keep up for the tub's demand. One guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the lounge/bar/restaurant is no longer in service. 「Place is new, modern and clean. Staff needs better management. I called to request a steamer and was told I had to get it from the front desk. Once I get there they couldn’t find the steamers and said they would arrange for someone to bring one to our room. We requested extra towels and that also took at least half an hour to arrive. 「This hotel was very poorly maintained. The hot tub was shut down, and I purposely booked this hotel because it had a hot tub. I also booked it for the fitness room, but the equipment was awful. If I had known the condition of these amenities, I would not have booked this hotel. The breakfast options were also very limited, and the bread and muffins were stale.
