"This was a once in a lifetime experience. We were surrounded by beauty-inside and out. It is a gorgeous house- felt like an architect's dream house- with giant windows that looked out upon apple orchards, terraced gardens, mountains, blue sky and surrounded by gardens. "It was so relaxing to sit on the balcony in the evenings and relax while gazing at the beautiful mountains. In the morning, we enjoyed walks around town. We'd definitely recommend this location, and our hosts were very nice. It's a good thing my husband speaks some German, though, or communication would have been tougher."

"Merano is a gorgeous mountain town. Aurora is right across the street from a famous thermal spa. The hotel has a helpful staff. Like so many places in Italy, it’s on a pedestrian street but they have an arrangement with a nearby parking garage and the parking just goes on your room charges."
