The structure developed over two floors – ground floor and first floor – can be booked entirely as a single dwelling and can accommodate 6 guests, being equipped with two double beds, an environment with a comfortable sofa bed and 3 bathrooms equipped with bidet and shower. The rooms are air-conditioned to make the stay welcoming in all seasons of the year.



The true added value of the house is the equipped solarium terraces, perfect for leisurely breakfasts, sunset aperitifs, outdoor dinners or simple moments of relaxation.



At the guests' disposal there is also a barbecue and a small outdoor pool, ideal for cooling off after a day at the seaside or during hot summer evenings.



The residence also features Wi-Fi, bed and bath linens and spaces designed to offer practical yet refined hospitality.

Dimorè, upon request, can also be divided into two separate rental units:



- a first solution developed over 2 floors suitable for accommodating 2 guests, with independent entrance, kitchenette, bathroom and equipped private terrace on the upper floor;



- a second solution developed over 2 floors suitable for accommodating 4 guests, with independent entrance via private courtyard, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and equipped private terrace on the upper floor.



The position is strategic for discovering Salento: Gallipoli is about 18 km away, Otranto about 36 km away, while the nearest coastline, between Torre Suda and Marina di Mancaversa, can be reached in about 15-16 km by car.
