部屋は明るく過ごしやすかった。しかし小さなベランダの窓に問題が有った。鍵が甘くなっており（劣化によると思われた）スタッフに確認してもらったのだが、、滞在中、角材でつっかえしたまま過ごした。やはりセキュリティにおいて、不安が残る２日間でした。ちなみに部屋は２階で通りに面していて、放置するのは如何なものか。完全を目指して欲しい。

ホテルのスタッフは親切だったが
廊下の灯りが人を感知すれば自動的に点灯するシステムなのだが、センサーが故障していたのか点灯する時としない時があった。点灯しない時は真っ暗で、懐中電灯を頼りに歩かなければならなかった。部屋は１階で、０階のロビーへ降りる時、エレベーターの下向きボタンを押しても反応はしない。上向きボタンを押すと反応してエレベーターがやって来る。

Very basic but well located
To start with good I must say bed was very comfortable, we had daily cleaning and change of towels. Everything else is far from what is on the pictures and description. Here Hotel Spa, in there different name in front of hotel, inside of hotel. There is no spa service or fitness facilities, sound proof rooms are a joke! You can hear street notices, doors shutting, lift like it’s all happening in the room. There is a kitchenette but only one of plate, cup and cutlery. We only made tea there. Breakfast was very basic, very limited choice, only hot food was fried eggs that were dry by 10am, water down coffee.

Suite? Or not?
We booked two rooms. One looked like the pictures, the other did not. We weren’t there long enough to really care. Just needed a place to rest before our next flight. One think I do have to say, the coffee machine was not in any of the rooms. Did not see a kettle or any sort of coffee machine in the rooms. Not sure if you have to request it or not, but again, weren’t there long enough to care.

Not value for money.
I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel didn’t serve breakfast for 4 days on time and didn’t serve at all for 1 day. I also found a cockroach on the 4th floor. The room should have had kitchenware but no fry pan or pot.

Friendliness and luxury
This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I've had. All of the staff were extremely friendly, my room was huge, and the hotel is in a good location. On the last day of my trip, I met the owner of the hotel who was very friendly and offered us a farewell tea. If I'm ever staying in Casablanca again, this will be my spot.

A gem in the heart of Casablanca.
This hotel is really a gem in the heart of Casablanca. The suites are amazingly big and open. The service is out standing, especially Mohammed at the front desk. He was really helpful and willing to assist in anyway possible. I will definitely go back to the same hotel in my next visit. It really deserves the 5 star hotel rank.

Very very dirty hotel, bedding filthy with nauseous smell as if you were in slautery graveyard, only one towel was there and that was stained with blood, the poor receptionist did changed, however he was terrified when I told him this was filmed on mobile. Breakfast horrible we had to go out for fill up. The bathroom very dirty and smelly. For assumed 4* you expect tea and water in room! Non provided. Enterace of the level 3 which was the room located filthy and gives smell of dead rat, No view, the noise of street and down stair bar music terrible Staff were ok

Large room with renovated bathroom and en-suite kitchen. Upgraded when we arrived. Friendly and helpful staff. Checked in and attended swiftly to all our needs. Located within walking distance of some nice parks and restaurants. Short taxi ride to the shore. Only con- please include more towels in bathroom and floor towel. Tile is slippery. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

It’s a good value hotel but it’s not very well maintained, needs more housekeeping. Towels don’t look too cleaned , not the best quality or white washed , shower stall needs to be more cleaned .

Perfect place
Everything was wonderful. The Hotel is clean, the stuff is very friendly. We had even a good talk with the boss. The hotel is in a very central part of the city.

Too much not working
Rooms as such are fine, spacious, newly renovated. Late evening arrival, no soap or towels in room. Room wasn't cleaned next day despite us telling reception. From 3rd night we changed room, but from 4th night and rest of stay (7 days) door lock didn't work (we had informed the owner, not only reception) so every single time we had to ask for someone to open. Inconvenient. Breakfast was, said as positive as possible, spartan. Some days vegetables (=cucumber and tomatoes), some days eggs, cereals but I never saw milk. At BEST, a low 3-star hotel BUT with 4-star rooms when they sork.

I was quite shocked to find this hotel being rated 4 star when infact it looks more like 2.5 to 3 Star at most. No amenities, lobby was a drag, cramped elevator and with a dirty carpet on it. During our stay from Feb 12 to 15, the hotel was pretty quiet even for breakfast. I noticed their Trip Advisor Excellence Award was last given in 2015. As I have to pay hotel directly, the exchange rate used by the hotel was exceptionally high. The current exchange rate used by hotels in Tangier and Chefchaeoun from Euro to MAD was 10.85, this hotel charges me at 11.20. I protested and they finally reduced it to 11.00 which is still very high.

I reserved and paid for an Executive suite room. Based upon the photos on the website, an Executive Suite room has a lounge area with a sofa and two chairs and a city-view balcony with lounge seating. The room I received is a standard king-size room with one chair as seating. There is no balcony. We arrived at the hotel exhausted from a rather fraught airline experience from Los Angeles (multi-hour delays, iuggage did not arrive in the same flight, one aborted landing) attempt, and So we did not complain to the hotel about the room. But others should know that the room interiors and amenities are NOT as pictured on the website. The hallway smells like wet dog. There is obvious water damage on the hotel lobby ceiling. On the plus side, the staff are friendly and responsive.

Arrivati all'albergo ci hanno detto che la prenotazione non era confermata (nonostante avessimo una regolare conferma del sito) a seguito di lavori di manutenzione sulle due camere prenotate e ci hanno "dirottato" su di un altro albergo.

We booked executive room , but the bath would have 2inc standin water when we had shower. Also one light was out of order in the bathroom. Couple of steps would be safe to step-in and out of bath. Breakfast, plates are small and the toaster had seen better days, only one element was working.
