予約してあったのに、フロントでは把握してなくて、印刷した紙も持っていなかったので、部屋が足りず追加でお金を払って泊まりました。その後、メールを見せて予約していたのを発覚。　クレジットで会計したので、本当に戻ってくるのかも心配です。何故かTAXと言われ90ユーロ取られました。

サービスが残念
忘れ物しても訊きに行くまで教えてくれないし、その忘れ物取りにいったらチップを請求されるしで、居心地は良くなかった。ホテル内の食事も高い割に粗末。初日だったからこんなものかと思ったけど、他のホテルに比べると、三ツ星はかなり謎。

対応次第で良いホテル
予約内容をコピーしてたので、それを見せて話が通じたが、無ければお手上げ！。部屋には浴槽が無く、シャワーも固定式でカーテンの下部が無いので、洗面所が水浸しとなってしまう。おまけにお湯が出るまで２０分掛かった。が、温度が上がらないので使い物にならなかった。クローゼットにはハンガーもなく洋服が始末できないので、その旨フロントに言うが「それがどうしたの？」と云う対応で、 やっとの思いで針金ハンガーを調達した。夕食つきの予約にも関わらず準備がされてなく、フロントに申し出ると、バーのカウンターに案内されて、ここで待ってろとのことで、夕食が出来上がるまで、ビール＆ボトル入りの水をのむ。食事が済んだら、夕食代を現金で今支払えとのことで、フロントとの掛け合いが、これまた大変だった～ビールと水はその場で現金支払いをしました。とにかく疲れるホテルでした。

星と値段に惑わされるな。接客は星１つに相当。
モロッコがフランスの保護領だった1922年に立てられたホテル。建物はその当時の雰囲気がわかる。当時は４つ星ホテルだったのかもしれない。しかし現在は星１～２つが相当であろう。接客が非常に悪い。重い荷物をもってホテルに到着し、チェックインしようとしても、フロントデスクは「今忙しいから１０分待て」との対応。さらに悪質なのはベルボーイである。ホテルから空港までの定額タクシーは250DHにも関わらず、ベルボーイがタクシードライバーと結託して「350DH、お客さんだけ300DH」と言い出してくる。星の数と値段に惑わされないで、他のホテルを選んだほうが、楽しい旅行ができます。

Das Hotel ist architektonisch interessant und wirklich hübsch. Es liegt in einer sehr interessanten Gegend, gleich beim zentralen Markt, wo es gute Fische gibt. Durch die interessante koloniale Architektur ist die Umgebung sehr sehenswert, aber auch lebendig, mit vielen Restaurants, Cafes usw....

Albergo quasi deserto. Vive sul night club loro proprieta' annesso. Letto durissimo. Personale gentile e collaborativo. Mi aspettavo che fosse stato ristrutturato nel vero senso, non mettendoci una toppa. Si apre l'acqua il pomeriggio e per 10 minuti esce marrone per ruggine nelle tubazioni... Non ci tornero'.

Nice deco hotel 10 mins from the railway station
A great place to experience the Casablanca of the 1920s. Staff were great and look forward to coming back.

Room was not very Clean, The Breakfast was very simple and on top of all the wifi was very weak and some tome not at all

Service was poor. Staff was not very helpful and almost surly. Wifi did not work in room, tv had terrible reception and was fuzzy. Sheets were too small and did not stay on bed. Horrible Surprise !!! C'etait surement un bon hotel .... dans les années 30 , mais depuis le temps a passé. Et laissé pas mal de trace !! Par quoi commencer ? par le quartier glauque aux cabarets sordides et aux ivrognes louches ! par l'accueil sans allure ni sourire ! par la chambre sentant le moisi et l'humidité ! par les draps et oreillers plus que suspects ! et pas quoi finir ? par le réveil aux cris et insultes des clients des cabarets qui partent enfin dégueler chez eux ! par le service minimum du petit dej aux viennoiseries froides et à la bouteille d'eau remplie du robinet ! par le receptionniste endormie derriere son desk et qui n'a meme pas de cachet pour la facture de la taxe de sejour (en sus !) Bref, l'hotel aurait eu du charme s'il était entretenu mais en son etat il est tout juste bon pour tourner "The Adams Family"

Disappointed with Transatlantique
Overall, the hotel was disappointing. The hotel is on a back street with many shady characters hanging around. The wi-fi was only available in the lobby and notin the room. The night club in the hotel over charged me for my drinks. I do not recommend this hotel. The breakfast was of poor quality with very few choices.

room is not like 4 star,and mosquitoes in room.very basic rooms.net is not working in room only in lobby.hotel staff is asking tip for all working.they make money for his pockets.if you with family or girl friend don't use this hotel.breakfast very basic and no can eat well don't think this hotel is 4 star they get wrong quality about this.even no can speak English money taking they know English word.night club is very bad and to much expensive i no recommend to go.we go there and bill is come 1500/-about 100/£ just bear drinking.there only songs in there language only.

Personnel ne parlant ni français ni anglais. Pas d'eau chaude ni de pomme de douche valide . Boîte de nuit au rez de chaussé. Hôtel sûrement au top dans les années 70.

They should replace the owner
- Breakfast: Lukewarm coffee, cold hard boiled eggs, slices of raw cucumber and a plate of sliced sausage, croissants, a huge bowl of pieces of butter scraped from a block and two huge bowls of marmelade(for what?), Lipton tea, some synthetic fruit juice. - Their tajine: A flavourless waterly soup with a big piece of meat swimming in the middle, sprinkled with soaked french fries (and I am really not beeing overly critic). By contract the traditional soup harira was fine. - Restaurant staff speaks only arab. - Climatisations humming from all directions. Atrium neon illuminated making the rooms uncomfortably bright. - No kettle on the room to prepare a cup of tea or coffe. - Smoking permitted everywhere. - Mattresses are covered with vinyl. Unfortunately there are not many alternatives, so they get away with that. In reality this is worth less then 20 Euro per night. + They have a great building, very comfortable yet old and worn furniture. + Close: Central Market, Av.Mohammed VI with spices sold everywhere. + Receptionists friendly and helpfull, able to communicate with guests in arab, french or english, + Hotel has a club, I have not been in but there was great live music one day on the weekend. With a more caring owner this hotel could be a nice place to stay. Taxi drivers do not know the street, to indicate directions use one in proximity.

vieux et glauque, ces deux mots résument cet hôtel. déco de la chambre (de l’hôtel en général) est vielle de près de 100 ans (oui c'est la déco des années 20, glorieuses pour l’hôtel) rien n'a changé depuis ! je vous laisse imaginer l'état... tout est vieux tellement vieux que c'est glauque, une envie c'est de repartir de cet endroit dès qu'on arrive... le quartier est mal fréquenté la nuit, la discothèque cabaret en bas de l’hôtel ne facilite pas les choses ! une forte odeur de boisson alcoolisée dans le hall de l’hôtel. internet uniquement disponible dans le hall (très mauvaise connexion). personnel non aimable, pas de service rendus. trop de mal dans leur organisation qu'il ne trouvait pas ma réservation, literie comme tout le reste est vielle qu'on a mal à s'endormir et mal au dos au réveil, prises défectueuses (elles datent...) enfin bref c'est vieux. fuyez, vous êtes prévenu !

It's was bad. I paid for one nite and canceled the second nite and I didn't use the room at all. I booked somewhere else. Still waiting on my refund for the 2nd nite there was nothing good about this hotel

Okay ir rate offerd is low
Not bad if rate is 3o odd euro...service is very bad and indifferent...basically couldnt care a toss if you didnt like it. Characters who take your bag were very shady and would not trust to leave valuable n room if you can help it. Mediaocre breakfast and would not recomend the hotel if you have better alternatives.

Hidden Charges
I will not book into this Hotel. The Hotel is very far away from the airport. One way cost 300MAD. I ordered a meal on the Hotel restaurant, I paid 150MAD. No Change was given when asked the Hotel staff says that 20MAD is for Service Charge. There was a hidden charge as well. Upon check out I was told that I should pay 52 MAD for the tax between the HOTEL.COM and the Hotel itself. They have my passport so I was told that if I don't pay they will keep my passport. I paid them the required amount and left in disgust.

Gezellig art-deco hotel in hartje Casablanca
Wie iets van de nostalgie van het reizen in de eerste helft van de 20ste eeuw wil meemaken, moet dit hotel onverwijld bezoeken! Het is een tamelijk klein en intiem hotel dat nog geheel de sfeer van vroeger uitademt; de kamers zijn sfeervol ingericht, zonder dat dit ten koste van modern comfort gaat. De personele bezetting is klein, hetgeen de hotelgast meteen iets van een vertrouwd gevoel geeft, maar staat dag en nacht klaar om de wensen van de gasten te vervullen. Alleen de badkamer zou wel eens gerenoveerd mogen worden, anders had dit hotel van mij de maximale score gekregen.

All hotel staff most pleasant, hotel clean quite OK, unfortunately there was a disco next to our bedroom, the bed was too hard,for one night OK!

Avoid this hotel!!!!
Where to start. I wouldn't even give this hotel 1 star. The 4 star rating on Expedia is not true. It did not even feel like i was staying at a hotel. The experience at this hotel has been disgraceful from day 1. I was first given a room on the first floor. Nothing worked in this room and there was only one functioning light. I then transferred to the 3rd floor. It was around night time where i learnt about this hotel. There is a night club at this hotel which is so loud you can hear on the third floor. I did not get a proper sleep the entire time i was at this hotel. The blankets where dirty and full of stains. (i have photos) The breakfast was awful, hardly anything to eat. They ran out of breakfast on one of the days and there was only one staff working at the breakfast hall. He was very rude when we told him there is no food left for breakfast. To sum it all up this hotel is only good for people that want to go to night clubs and not sleep until 4am. If i had known this i would not have booked to stay at this hotel.This hotel is definitely not orientated for families.

Pire hôtel de ma vie
De ma vie, je n'ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi pourri (chambre, propreté, service,...). Il ne mérite aucune étoile. Il est fortement déconseillé ! Même des motels 0 étoiles sont nettement meilleures !
