清潔でフレンドリーなホテル

従業員はとても優しく、部屋は清潔、中心部へも徒歩圏内で料金的にも満足でした。部屋内の設備はテレビ、空調、タオル、洗面具等一通り揃っています。空港への行き方も相談に乗ってもらい、手配して頂きました。

We were in Casablanca for one night. It is a very clean nice place , close to many attractions. They have a parking , we had a rental car . The staff was very friendly . I think the owner or the manager was there . He tried very hard to address. All our needs

Located at the center of Casa, quiet and convenient, few steps to the Metro Station. I stayed in a room good for one person only, would be crowded if more than one.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile to support and make your stay safe and easy. Mr Ridwan in the front desk is an outstanding manager . He provides all the services and help, both, inside the hotel and guidance to the outside as well. The other staff are also very friendly.

Door locks to room and bathroom aren’t good. Difficult to open and close easily. Pillow case was stained. Poor ventilation and smell coz A/C not good. Not comfortable. But good things are - Bathroom is ok. Also hotel staff r fantastic. They helped with our laundry and also getting us on tram this morning.

It was an amazing experience staff very friendly and helpful very central place most of the iconic places are walking distance only mosque hassan.2 was 2.5 kilometers Which is on the sea shore and next to it they have developed the beach

Great option in Casablanca

If you are looking for a nice budget option in Casablanca this would be a great choice. The location is outstanding and the hotel did an excellent job of arranging airport transport for me. Top line communication as well

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was more spacious than expected. I would have liked to have a water kettle and/or a way to get bottled water on site. We kept the window open for temperature control, and we could hear people talking and cats howling all night. The second night, we closed the window, and it was a bit better. Would stay again!

It was a convenient location near Place Mohamed V. The staff was very friendly. I stayed one night and had no issues. Not fancy, but good for a good price.

Great Value Hotel!

This is a great value hotel. It is not very expensive, but provides a very clean room in a great location. That is all I needed traveling solo and staying in Casablanca. I would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel bien situé, personnel super

L'hôtel est très bien situé et permet de visiter à pieds une grande partie des monuments de Casa. Le bus et le tram sont juste à côté. La gare se trouve à seulement 15 min à pieds. L'hôtel est propre et bien tenu. Notre chambre (la 2) ne donne pas sur la rue, c'était extrêmement calme, un vrai plaisir. Le personnel est charmant et attentif, et a toujours été de bon conseil. On sent que la salle de bain a connu des jours meilleurs, mais ce n'est pas un problème du tout.

Excellent stay and location Wonderful hotel staff!

Excellent for a 2-star hotel, clean, comfortable, super location in such a big city, great value for money, and (!) fabulous staff!!! My wife and I are very grateful to the Manager for his kindness and helpfulness, and also the rest of the staff was exquisitly kind. 100% recommended.

Disappointing.

Very basic hotel, very basic room with basic amenities. Came down to have breakfast on the first morning to be told there's no breakfast being served as they had no bread. Anyway, eventually, the boy went out and bought some bread from a local shop, so I had a very average breakfast eventually. This hotel would be OK for a one night stay only.

Perfectly located. Nice walls.

The walls and ceilings look great. Floors clean. Hand wash and bath not close. One night lamp was provided when we asked for it. Create poor quality ect. All the light was ceiling spotlights that were dazzling (turned wrong). Road assistance at reception misleading. The hotel was perfectly located.(google translate) Vægge og lofter flotte. Gulve rene. Håndvask og bad ikke tætte. 1 stk natlampe blev fremskaffet, da vi bad om det. Skab ect. dårlig kvalitet. Alt lys var loftspots der blændede (vendte forkert).Vejhjælp i reception misvisende. Hotellet havde perfekt beliggenhed.
